Nothing to dislike

Time for breakfast good. Good flexible coming and going. Pleased with parking facility. Great idea of key fob for entering the house. Comfortable bed and sizable room, could do with dressing table mirror. Loved the area and would stay again if coming to that area again.

Did not enjoy having cereal everyday. would be nice to have an egg on toast as an option. Would be nice to have beds made daily, bins emptied, cups / glasses washed up. Shower door is unsuitable for larger people, maybe it could be updated to open all the way.

It was 15 mins walk to family so very convenient for our needs. There are just two bedrooms and on the landing there was a small fridge with fresh milk. The bedroom we had was very large with an enormous comfy bed. The breakfast was continental but quite satisfactory. We hope to go again. It was quiet and peaceful. The towel rail was warm which was very useful.

Nothing for us but if you are wanting lively with lots of guests then it's not for you.

Location was ideal for me as I wanted to go to Goodwood races about half hour away. Just off A27 in peaceful area. No cooked breakfast . I knew this when I booked but still very good . Juice (various), tea or coffee, cereal (various) and as much toast as you liked with various spreads.

I couldn't get Wi-Fi to work but then I didn't ask about it so my own fault.

Everything but the breakfast.The Host was very helpful and the lady who did the breakfast was too.

The breakfast could have been better.Cereals and toast are ok but a cooked option, like a full English Breakfast or even Bacon Sandwich would have made it perfect.Especially as we could smell bacon had been cooked.

Nice quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Convenient for the event I was attending - Goodwood Festival of Speed - being only about a 20 minute drive away, barring traffic jams. Good-sized parking area with CCTV but the entrance is quite narrow and required a bit of caution to negotiate if your car has restricted rearward vision like mine.

A little dust here and there in the room but nothing major and to be expected with the current need to keep the windows open as much as possible. The continental breakfast was more than adequate for my requirements but the 0900 start time meant that I had to skip it and go straight to my event on the second morning to avoid encountering the huge queues that would be inevitable by mid-morning.

Very comfortable bed. Lots of storage space. Nice breakfast. Hosts were very friendly. Quiet location. Free parking. Nice pub not too far away. Pleasant back garden. Use of fridge on the landing. Tea/drinking chocolate and coffee provided in bedroom.

Breakfast was value for money, Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was also clean, host and satff friendly and helpful. , nice location and very quiet.

BREAKFAST WAS BASIC BUT THIS IS WHAT WAS ADVERTISED.

WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM WITH A BATHROOM NEXT DOOR MY WIFE DID NOT LIKE THIS WOULD PREFARE ON SUITE. WE BOOKED THIS LOCATION AS IT WAS SITUIATED NEAR FAMILY.
