everything! room was great and the staff were friendly. they even offered to phone the taxi for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6:30am

The taxi they called for us arrived on time at 6:30am, proceeded to say his meter was broken, and then upon arrival at the airport charged us 22 GBP. To be clear, getting to the hotel cost 5 GBP and was longer. The trip to the airport was shorter as the hotel is not far away. We questioned it and he said the airport charged him 5 GBP to drop us off and he didn’t explain why the rest of the cost was so much more. We gave him the money but had him write a receipt for us, which we have. The hotel chose the taxi to drive us so it must be noted in the review.

very nicely done up and to a good standard, very spacious room and bathroom. nice powerful shower . ideally located for Luton airport. bonus the hotel is right apposite a nice park with a lake :)

being on the ground floor could get a little noisy as you could often hear people talking a lot in the reception/lobby area, this was going on to about 11pm, after that no noise at all. ground floor apartment is on the side of a very busy road, it did not bother me personally as the noise of traffic does not bother me. but be aware if it does. shower was nice and powerful however the rain shower did not work.

Everything! Nothing to complain about... view from our room was of a park and it was beautiful...the room was comfortable and clean...lots of tea options and complimentary biscuit snacks. They also had complimentary bottled water for guests in the room...which was a welcome change for us as some other bigger hotel chains that we stayed at in UK didn't have complimentary water in the room. We had a late check in and an early check out and the reception staff were very flexible. All in all we absolutely loved our stay here.

If I really had to nitpick, the bed mattress was a little harder than I am used to but it was still very comfortable with all the cushions and pillows etc.

We took a little while to find but that was probably our fault. It didn't take us long to get to the car park or airport early in the morning. Bedrooms a good size, comfortable beds and hot water for the shower in the morning. Great price for a place to stay before our flight. Clean, with someone on hand to help us with parking and anything else we needed. Pity we were too late to sample the desert place on site.

One room at the top of the building didn't have coffee and toiletries but wasn't a problem as used others from other rooms. Some rooms needed a bit of TLC, flaky paint etc.

The owner (I believe) was most welcoming and incredibly helpful - it felt more like communicating with a host than 'member of staff'. The location is ideal in terms of ease of access. It's walking distance from the town centre if you are on foot, straight line road if you are coming by car, with parking space. I was also grateful for finding the place at such a great price at the very last minute. Mine was on-the-day booking.

The convenience of the location in terms of access means that it's noisy from the road till late at night, if sleeping to closed windows is an issue for you.

+ The beds were comfortable and a decent size. + The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. + The wardrobe had decent storage and there was plenty of shelf space for clothes and towels.

There were a couple of missing amenities (teaspoons, tissues, bath mat, etc) which I didn't have the time to go ask for, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Also I think the previous occupant of the room was a smoker, as there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - this cleared up by leaving the windows open for a few hours.

Ace for the price and close enough to the airport. Room was super clean and the shower good. We checked in well past midnight and someone was there to help as agreed. We WILL book again, thank you!

Like others have said the blinds on our room (ground, front) are not very effective but we got up and left quite early so not a big problem. When we arrived the hotel sign has fallen down so I was lucky to spot it, I am sure this will be fixed. NOTHING here would stop me staying again, it is a good place.

The location, though on a main road, was directly in front of a beautiful Wardown Park and it was convenient for Luton airport (only 10 minutes drive). The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us early check in, and when they saw my dad had mobility issues, they made up another downstairs room for us as there was no lift. The bottled water, coffee, tea and biscuits in the room went down well. The room was very clean, bed was comfy and had everything one would need for a convenient stay.

It would have been nice if the entrance could be more welcoming with flowers and colours, as it looked a bit stark, but in the end, once in your room it doesn't matter!

The staff were great. Warm and welcoming. The hotel and room were clean and well presented. Minor repairs need doing, and then it would be an excellent all round review

The room was a little dated and repairs to things like the shower and bathroom door were inadequate. The door handle came off as it had been caulked on. The shower door had no handle and was difficult to open from the inside.
