- the staff tried very hard to satisfy us and the party who joined us for dinner - it was a clean, well maintained hotel where it felt that there was a motivated and friendly team in charge - really well managed. - room comfortable and well refurbished

They gave us a double rather than twin room expected, but I didn't complain at the time as we needed to get some sleep and I didn't want to change rooms. Dinner was highly priced but they did try hard Breakfast coffee could be better. Boiled eggs would be a good addition to buffet.

The room was nice and clean. All the staff were friendly and accomadating. That is all.. It wanted me to write a freaking essay over here!

Breakfast (looking at you bacon) was rather bland. The missus did not want to eat it. We are not fussy though so next day we just had a coffee.. It was a nice coffee. From a machine. Something something coffee machine. Once again had to pad out the review because the thing said too.

cleanliness and spacious staff could not be more kind and understanding. I travel alone so certain things are very very important to me.

the shower was a huge let down. the bathroom looked amazing but the shower head was simply very inadequate indeed . drip drip drip when I want waterfall. £7 room service no coffee machine on each floor like some hotel - this is a great feature no pool or spa

the room was lovely, bed comfortable and every staff member I came into contact with were top notch.. staff in restaurant were attentive, cleaning staff were polite and reception staff were the best… I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in London/Dubai/Abu Dhabi but Hilton Luton is where I have had 5 star customer service… thank you as I stay away every week with work and I feel like home

There was plenty of choice with cereals , cooked breakfast and pastries. There were hot drinks and a good selection of juices and water.

We felt there was not enough space for the cooked breakfast items, you have to lean over to get some items, maybe use containers with sliding lids because you have to take the lid off an find a place for it. It was busy so we had to wait for everyone to finish to get space. We wanted croissants but there were not any on the Monday. We think there should be another hot drinks machine as there is only one so you have to wait. The Waffle machine is good but not everyone knows how to work it.

I liked the service that was provided by the staff, majority of time everyone was super friendly and super helpful. Adrianna one of the team members in the restaurant/ breakfast team was so pleasant every morning and every time i seen her. She was always so cheerful, helpful and caring. Definitely plus points for having her in the team at the hotel! It was good that the breakfast was packed and ready for takeaway when you had no time to sit down to eat in the mornings. Staff were always kind and also were nice enough to print out things for me. The gym and laundry services were good and convenient for long stays at the hotel and were free to use! Having a fridge in the room is convenient for long stays and being able to use the microwave in the communal space again was super convenient! There are numerous parking available, so no need to worry about finding space to park your car. Throughout my stay the hotel was fairly quiet, which was convenient as I was out for work purposes and could have a good rest when needed.

Cleaning services weren't great, there's always one or two things they'd forget, i.e. changing the bins, stocking toilet paper etc or beddings will have stains on them (even after they have been changed) Some days you had to remind the receptionist that your room wasn't cleaned eventhough you have requested a day earlier (as instructed). Then they would send someone out the following day to clean the rooms, but sometimes it won't be done t till late noon. Parking charges are horrendous- £7 a day!! It's okay if you are staying 1-2 days- however if you are staying for a long period of time, paying over £100 just for parking is ridiculous!

Friendly and attentive staff, comfortable surroundings, Room was very clean & had tea & coffee making facilities , iron & ironing board & hairdryer. reasonable food, good selection of beverages. Clean surroundings in all areas. Excellent service throughout my visit.

A little information in the rooms regarding menus and room service would be of great help to guests, there was no information in my room regarding these services or how to order to your room.

Quick friendly check in. Spacious comfortable room, lovely shower, room was quiet and heated well on the cold December days I stayed.

Breakfast finishes at 10am and people are clearly advised of this which is fine, however, I was there for 9.45am and there was little or nothing left of the hot buffet at that time......nice selection of fruit, breads etc however.

Arrived early at the property, my room was unavailable straight away however I was still able to get checked in earlier than the stated check in time thanks to the staff. When I got to the room it was nice, clean and cool as the air-con was on, the sofa bed was also made up - I didn’t request this but was a pleasant surprise as the little one used it to play with his toys. Plenty of complimentary bathroom soaps and creams and a mini fridge which was perfect to store a few snacks and drinks. We ate at the restaurant which was really good portions and seasoned well, the menu although small still had enough options to suit most dietary requirements. The staff were pleasant and went above and beyond to help! Local shops were not too far, less than a mile and accessible by foot!

The location of the Hotel was good for us because it was near family and the village shops. Its also not far from the Airport. There is a carpark.

I think it would be good if the carpark was free. Guest could still register their cars at reception to ensure non-paying guests are not using it as a carpark. The price of the room was really expensive. We have stayed there in the past and it has been a lot cheaper.
