Very clean property and nice location middle of town centre everything near by this property. Especially train station and bus stop is near by this hotel if you walk its take only 2 minutes. And all the staffs are good in this hotel specially Mr Fahim he is very helpful person. I will recommend to everyone for staying this hotel i seen all the reviews before i stay and i was about to cancel my booking and when i stayed in this hotel i realised people giving them bad review without any reasons.this area is safe and hotel are safe as well. I enjoyed my stay.

I recommend this hotel to everyone, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Everything near this hotel is Luton town centre so many good food restaurants and train stations are 2 mins walk from the hotel. And the staff are very helpful especially the receptionist Fahim service is very good he is a professional. When I told him about the room light issue he straight away changed the room for me but that was a little issue and he gave me a very good room. I appreciate it. Thank you for your good service. :)

I like the staff. Thank you, Fahim for helping me every time and welcoming me every time with a big smile on your face. Also thank you to everyone else in the hotel, they are very polite and helpful. Also I like the central location in Luton and that it's very close to the Mall, train and bus station. I also like the rooms without windows (yes, strange but true in my case) because I can sleep without getting bothered by the sun or the noise outside.

1. Sometimes Internet is not so strong (depends on the room). 2. Not many places for storing clothes in the room (more hangers in the wall or a small wardrobe)

Good location, very close to the main bus and train station (5 minutes by foot). Quiet small room and comfortable bed. Reception available 24 hours. Good value for money.

First time in my life I got a key for the room that was already occupied!! I came very late (around midnight) and I was almost sleeping on the chair for about 40 minutes near the reception while staff were doing a lot of phone calls trying to solve this issue (I could not understand why they allocated the same room for two different women, I paid in advance non-refundable fee)...

I like the team they was very friendly and polite,the locations was very easy to found the hotel but unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast because it wasn't there. I would like said as well about Fahim he make a great welcome to me nice guys.Thank all staff make a great job.

Stayed in a windowless room which was enough for just me for one night and a very early morning start to get to the airport. I checked out at 2am, waited for my taxi in the lobby and had staff member Rahul help with the door and wait with me outside until my taxi arrived. Very very much appreciated!

There can be unsavoury people wandering around both day and night.

Clean room with a clean toilet, it’s quite hot these days so it’s nice to have the air conditioning which is perfect. Friendly staff, Jobin has been amazing and has assisted me in all my needs. Very refreshing stay. The location is a 3 min walk from the bus station, train station and the centre

You get what you pay for. Great for someone travelling for work or a quick stop off. Reneesh, Lewis and Jobin all do a great job at the desk, always ready to help.

No tea making facility in room. Put a kettle m, cups, tea, sugar and milk in there!

Clean, secure and good customer service! Both Jobyn and Fahim did their best. The staff are helpful and quick. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Safe facility. Prices are good!

Nothing to complain about.
