We chose this hotel for our two-night layover based solely on others' recommendations. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted, quickly checked in and assisted with moving our luggage to the room. Understanding that this building is old but renovated is important in my rating. They have done a great job making useful space and the room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was spotless and there was quick and plentiful hot water. We met two reception folks and had a pleasant visit with the owner as well. She made tea and coffee for us and it was all good. The location is quite good for a couple of eateries, a pharmacy and a couple small independent grocers. It is close to the train station and a couple of blocks past that is the downtown area. While it is an old area of town we did not feel uneasy about walking the streets in the evenings and at the train station was the only place I saw a homeless person. The area is insanely diverse. In two days I met and had conversations with people from seven (eight if you include England) different Countries. The hotel was quite nice, the staff was awesome and we'll stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is not a long term stay (no fridge/microwave etc.). That is not a problem, just to let you know. While not in any way the hotel's issue I was saddened a bit by some litter on our walks. On our last morning, the city trucks were picking it all up, but it was a negative as far as the neighborhood is concerned.

Really want to keep this place a secret it is that good. I paid £69 on booking.com. Had I'd known then what I know now I would happily have paid £80+ for my stay. Great rooms & great people. Breakfast £8.50 extra but boy oh boy best money spent in Luton. You will need a mini digger to eat it all & the Coffee? Wow, so good. Basically don't go there, rooms rubbish, horrible people, crap breakfast, keep the place secret so there will always be a space for me. By far the only reason, apart from flying out of the place, to go to Luton.

Location & views etc not fab but it's Luton so your not there for the beaches or vista's.

the only problem I found was the mattress was a little hard for my bad back but this still wouldn’t stop me re booking very minor

Don't judge the book by it's cover,from outside from outside i wasn't impressed but when i reached inside i was blown away, yhe setup,tiredness,interior decoration was awesome.The owner was very pleasant, gentle man.He was kind and made us felt at home.It was like second home.I will definitely go back on my next visit. Parking was safe as well

Maybe the outside needs a bit of standout to attract customers driving by.Also need parking.

Lovely and genuinely great value for money. Staff accomodating and understanding. Went above and beyond by making sure there's someone at the premises to meet me in the middle of the night, and helped me settled right in. The room was spacious and decorated to a nice standard and the en suite bathroom was modern and I experienced there one of the nicest showers ever. Due to the nature of my visit I was unable to enjoy my stay as much as I could have done, because I arrived after midnight and left a few minutes after 5 am to catch a flight, but I can tell you the bed was nice and comfortable, and the bedding crisp ans inviting. What a weary traveller could want more?

The only thing I would probably mention is the limited parking, but for the price of the room there's very little to pick the holes in.

The owner and manager, Skander, was very friendly and generous. He immediately attended to us on arrival and carried my mother's heavy suitcase to our room on the second storey. The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were in an excellent condition. TV signal was perfect and we even had Netflix. Coffee was amazing and the hospitality of the staff couldn't have been better. Learning about Albania from Skander was very interesting and we now plan to add that destination to our European travels. Thank you ☺️

Staff were friendly. We felt welcome & parking was not a problem. The main shopping Mall & railway/bus station was within walking distance. Room was lovely; clean & bright.

The roads were narrow & busy but we got used to it after a couple of days. (Drew a map of the roads around on some paper before setting out anywhere). Double glazing kept the noise levels down but not as bad as one would imagine.

Booked this at half 11 at night after our flight was cancelled! We couldn't get a flight until the morning and needed to sleep after travelling all day. The hotel waited for us to arrive an hour after check in was supposed to end and we were very grateful! The room was so modern and it was great to actually be in a hotel with a decent shower!! Reception got us a taxi booked for our flight in the morning and made the end to a stressful day better. Thank you!!

it was a great experience in the periphery of London, entering in the real life of English people. The welcome was very warm and helpful. from the outside, the hotel is a little dark (saying that we arrived late in the evening), with brick walls, but inside the rooms are full with light, comfortable and very well furnished

the hotel is in a very quiet area

10 min walk from train station, good wifi, new refurbish property. room was big, clean free and free parking provided at the back of the property, enough spaces. we felt safe during our 2 nights stay.

noisy from street and other neighbours. no breakfast provided although a portughese caffe was recommended by the lady at reception and food was very good there, 5 min walk, thank you
