It was super comfortable. Really clean and had everything you needed for a self serviced stay. The price for the location was exceptionally reasonable. So cheap for being right in the centre of Edinburgh, even though I was going in March so not peak times but when I compared to other places in the area of the same standard the prices were still a lot cheaper. Gary, the concierge, on the phone was very helpful and very friendly. The communication before the stay was very good and there was absolutely no confusion about how to get in to the apartment and easy to get a hold of if any problems. No stress at all. Absolutely loved it and felt like I had my own little flat in Edinburgh. Felt like a baller on a very reasonable budget.

The only thing I would advise is that it was on a busy social street with a few bars. Nothing the staff can do about it and a small price to pay if you want to be in such a great location, with beautiful accommodation and for such a great price. In fairness anywhere in the city centre Edinburgh will have the same problem. It didn't really bother me as I don't mind the hustle and bustle, I was out enjoying it too. But if you want slightly quieter maybe ask for one of the apartments on the back end of the building away from the busy street.

The property was so central! It was very private too. my room was spacious with everything i needed and a comfy bed. My bathroom was lovely with a great shower and heated towel rack. The kitchen was massive and although i didn’t really use it it had everything i needed. As a solo traveller i appreciated that the door had 3 locks on it. Staff were so lovely when i checked in and let me check in early. On a lovely quiet enough street with lots of great restaurants and pubs. So close to everything you need. So easy to come in and out of the apartments. Literally no issues with the property i would recommend it to anyone.

Like others have said it’s a bit noisy, yes it’s in the city centre so that is expected but the windows are single glazed. If they were double glazed a lot less sound would come in.

I made an email regarding one of the bulbs 💡 of the exhauster not being active (dead lamp). The lamp of refrigerator is not active, also Both lamps were not active when i did check-in on Sunday I worried that they would charge me. On Monday, i met one staff member, and I told him whatever happened. He explained to me politely that was caused by me. He is a good person. Room clean All facilities of kitchen set are very good 👍 Both of the bathrooms are clean. No bad smells Heaters are very good due to outside temperature below 7 degrees Celsius So the all room in warm. Wifi is super fast and stable InsyaAllah, next year we will come again

TV is too small but is ok All chanell work properly But youtube and Netflix were not ready to be watched. But with super fast Wi-Fi, we could watch from Tab

Great location. Easy walking around central Edinburgh. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was excellent. We stayed at New Years so was extremely busy as expected, but location was excellent for Hogmanay celebrations. Close to a supermarket and other shops and restaurants.

Needed a coffee plunger. Property took a bond that we had to pay on our credit card prior to staying and even though we didn't break anything we still lost money as with international exchange rates etc it cost us. This is the only property in our 2 months of travelling that has required this.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We only stayed on night so didn't make use of the kitchen facilities but it had everything you would need, if we had. The rooms were great and beds very comfy. Check in and check out was easy. Very close to all local amenities and tourist areas!

No staff on site that we saw at all. There are 2 clubs nearby which were very noisy, especially in the early hours of the morning, so not great if you've got an early morning! The building was extremely warm, we had to leave bedroom doors open to cool them down -for too hot.

The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all one could need, though I barely used it for a short 1 night stay. It would be comfortable for a longer stay for sure. The rooms of the apartment were quiet and made for good sleep. The location is walking distance from the city center (and train station) in what seemed to be a quieter part of the city, yet very close to the action of Princess street.

It is a bit expensive but that seems to be the normal in most cities now. Better value can probably be found outside the center but this was most affordable I could find in the center. The rooms are separated by a hallway between which all doors are fire doors and need to remain closed.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Very convenient. Close to food joints, sailsbury and pubs and party places were just around the block. Because there was a club down the building only, over the weekends (friday & Saturday night) it was noisy at night... but we used to be so tired at the end of the day that it didnt bother us. Beds were small (we are all above 5feet 7 inches) for us but comfortable. We kept our luggage in the passage outside our rooms so it became easier for us. Anthony was very helpful. We had asked for 2 portable fans to be arranged for us. He couldnt manage 2, but arranged one... that too was a great help.

The opening of the windows was very limited. It could be made to open a bit more. With the weather being so unpredictable now a days, a little more fresh air could be welcomed.

Very central to everything in Edinburgh. 10 minute walk from bus/train station. Perfect for shopping, restaurants and National Gallery. Anthony was a welcome host. 3 different security measures to get key ( felt like an escape room challenge) 🔑 to get into room- you did feel very secure though. I’d stay in the apartments again.

Wee bit of noise ,late into the night, from near by disco. The property messaged me more than a dozen times to ask me to pay a deposit I had already paid. I phoned to say I’d paid, but the emails kept coming. (Would be great to sort this out) .

I didn't have the code to get in so had to phone and the lady on the phone was lovely and helpful and everything was very straight forward from there. The management team had also left a card to congratulate us on our anniversary which we thought was a very lovely gesture. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very close to all the attractions and the buzz of the fringe and we have plans to come back next year!

It was a bit noisy outside but this is to be expected in Edinburgh city centre in such a great central location during the fringe and It didn't really bother us at all!

The apartments, conveniently located near the city center, provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property was in great condition, with clean and well-cared-for rooms. It's an ideal spot for city tours. The value was excellent for the price. Our 3rd-floor apartment was surprisingly quiet despite being near a main road and a club. Assistance was always available through their general helpline, even when the receptionist wasn't present. I highly recommend this place.
