Loved the location, the staff, check-in was easy, breakfast and coffee downstairs, the lighting in the rooms, it was super clean, and very comfortable beds.

I didn't like the fact that you can't control the temperature in the room. it was uncomfortably warm for us. After trying unsuccessfully to adjust the thermostat and having a very kind staff member come up to do the same I now know the temperature is universally set in all the rooms to 24 degrees Celsius and the only way to make the room cooler is to make sure your system is OFF and open the window. This unfortunately didn't help.

Staff are great, room (130) was dda friendly, double bed plus sofa bed and plenty of space and wardrobes. Adjacent car park good value and had electric vehicle chargers

Our room was adjacent to a path leading to student halls so was noisy all night, we had window open though

I want to recommend Sanchia O’Connor, the assistant captain on the evening of June 15. My husband had a medical emergency and when I called 911 was told I would have to wait 5 hours. Sanchia helped with continuing to call for medical assistance and arranging transport to the hospital.

I would recommend that there is information in the room or “key” how to call the front desk at the hotel in an emergency. When I called Moxy hotels it is a general number and in a stressful moment it is hard to navigate the options to get to the hotel I was staying in.

We really liked the style, layout and feel of the hotel. It is very clean and modern. The bedroom had everything we needed. There was a complementary gin ice tea cocktail at the bar too which we thought was a nice touch. There is a foosball table and pool table in the bar area which are free to use and fun to use while drinking your free cocktail, especially when returning to the hotel after a night out before heading off to bed.

There was a continuous loud humming noise in the bedroom which continued all night, we think it was to do with the hotel heating or air conditioning. The Bedroom was too hot, we tried turning the thermostat down from 24 degrees to 18 but it would would reset to 24 automatically each time we tried.

very clean lounge area was really nice and comfortable free drink on arrival was a lovely touch the room was pretty basic very clean and bed was comfortable only had 2 pillows for a double which I prefer 2 the staff were nice so I can’t imagine asking for more pillows would be an issue had a smart tv didn’t realise how much I preferred being able to use my own tv accounts until I used it we had a minor mix up with the booking as another couple under the same name booked but it was fixed without any hassle staff were amazing breakfast was pretty expensive for what it was

The staff was really nice and willing to help examine all the problems. The room was in good condition and clean. There was no defective object or facility. The location was also the main reason I decided to book here.

The background music in the elevator was a nice idea, but I was a bit distracted when going up or down while thinking of works and planning things, which is just a trivial matter. In the room, however, there was no furniture that was strong enough to place a 3 kg laptop and its accessory in order to work. There were transparent shelves attached to the wall, but they were not sturdy enough. Having a desk in any corner would be nice. Overally, I would give the facilities related score a 4 out of 5 as a business trip. Anyway, it would be 5 out of 5 if it was a leisure trip.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Lovely surprise to receive a complimentary cocktail each on arrival. Room was excellent, very modern and clean. Could not find any fault with it. Did not have breakfast and had pizza at night which was very good. Beautiful hotel. Lovely area to sit and relax/eat/drink. Best we’ve stayed in for a while.

Can’t really think of anything apart from this - it would have been good to have had the choice to pay for drinks and food with either cash or card, but card was the only option when we were there.

Everything was great as it was a very modern hotel, complimentary cocktail for us was a lovely touch and it's the first time I've ever sat around a hotel bar before, it was very welcoming.

Not exactly the fault of the hotel, I'd slept really well but the others of my company did not, said there was ambulance/police sirens nearly the whole night. Not sure if it was just the location of the hotel but that was the only complaint we could of had, everything else was perfect. Thanks again!
