location.
All 4 pillows were soft. A selection of different types would be ideal. The adjusting bed was awful; much too hard, and too high. The lights around the TV - why? Why are the shower and toilet white light boxes? It’s very odd. It feels like an IKEA hotel. Mirror should be near the desk for hair/make up. not enough accessible plugs, only one underneath the desk or other wise of the bed. Some water in the room would be nice. The lights kept going off, which was frustrating.

The room, although small, was really well designed. The bed was extremely comfortable; the adjustable back was very useful. Shower excellent, and unusual for hotels, very simple to use. Breakfast had plenty of choice . Loved the little glass pots of yoghurt. All of the staff were friendly, charming and helpful. A real credit to the organisation. Would definitely stay in a Yotel again
As there was no towel rail in the room, I wondered how towels would get dry especially in the colder months? Missed not having the opportunity to make hot drinks in the room itself. Although there was a pull out desk, not having an actual chair for back support was a negative too. There is of course no room for a chair. Maybe the larger rooms do have chairs? These are only minor points.

Great location near Central Station and everything in the middle of town. Nice views too. Rooms are compact, but modern and very clean, and had everything I needed to hand. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Air conditioning was amazing - I hate hot rooms - so this was perfect for me. Bed was firm and very comfy. Room was incredibly quiet - I didn't hear a peep from any neighbours, traffic, or guests at the bar.
The Vega bar can get quite busy with non hotel guests, so can sometimes not be what you want from a hotel bar if there on business or with family, or just want a quiet drink before. More of a party bar. The beds that move up electronically were quite cool and a nice surprise, but it can make the base sheets pop off revealing the yellow sweat-stained mattress underneath sadly.

Well appointed, light, airy rooms. Plenty of space to open/access your suitcase. Super fluffy bed and pillows. Easy self check in / out.
Only one towel hook! Could use a second towel hook! It is a couples room after all. Only one wall socket on one side of bed. Another under desk but not convenient access. We have lots of devices to charge so more than one required. Very space station like feel to the corridors. So, finding the direction of the lift is a little challenging. You get used to it but not if you are only there a day or two. Why not a coloured sign visible from all ends of the corridor to contrast with the very white theme of the rest of the corridor?

Room was different, but in a good way. Very practical lay out, using space to advantage. Achieves the hip vibe they're trying to promote.
Service could be better in Vega as they forgot our drinks order and advised the requested meal was no longer available and we ordered something else. So we were quite surprised when the original order was delivered. They did discount the drinks for the mix up and delay, which was appreciated. Apparently mostly new staff on that day so more a resource issue than general service. Breakfast could be a bit better with more options in pastries etc. Also supply wasn't keeping up with demand, with some customers very upset waiting in queues for a long time and provisions running out. Other hotels we visited on our trip have introduced times for guests coming for breakfast, presumably to better serve guests and avoid this situation. Maybe something Yotel can consider.

The property was close across the road from Glasgow Central Station and had some great places to eat in surrounding areas. The check- in staff were very friendly and helpful. (They gave us a free drinks voucher for our Honeymoon which was lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable (adjustable electric bed) and the shower had rainwater style flow which was great. Paraben free shampoo and body wash provided in shower. They have a bar and bowling bar in the building which offers great food and cocktails.
The room didn't have a kettle or coffee making facilities. No electric outlet in the bathroom to use hairdryer. We were told to go to Vega bar upstairs to grab hot water for tea but we didn't have any mugs to use from the room and the staff member asked what we will put the hot water in, not wanting to provide me a cup.

The rooms were so dark after being out all day I slept like a baby. Best sleeping situation of our whole trip
I was confused on the breakfast situation. I thought we got credits for not having our room cleaned and didn’t realize we had to pay additional to have it with out that. To be fair did not try to do the credit on our last day due the crowds. There was a huge musical fest and we couldn’t store our luggage since too many other people had which was one of the reasons I had booked the hotel but that wasn’t really their fault Also hated the provided body wash I think I was allergic to it. Used my own

Location is perfect for exploring the city. Directly opposite Glasgow Central Station. Hotel is very modern - almost futuristic like. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Vega bar on 7th floor is worth a visit. Welcoming staff on reception. Price for 2 adults for 2 nights just a little less than £240 - not bad for the city centre but no breakfast included. Wetherspoons within a 5 minute walk.
It was a little bit too clinical for us. Almost felt like we were in a space capsule. There are no facilities for tea/coffee making and no complimentary service in the hotel (available in the Vega bar at a cost). Limited sockets in room. Vega bar has been well designed and a nice feature but views of city obstructed by surrounding buildings so we felt defeated the object. Just looked out onto other hotels. NCP car park very close if arriving by car but, tarriff misleading. Cost us over £54 for a day and a half

Staff was very proactive, hotel clean and tidy, excellent facilities and especially staff at Vega amazing. well done to the smiling chef for constantly engaging with buffet breakfast guests.
Parking is an issue, there is a loading bay right outside which can be used though. I came with my elderly parents so this was an issue though we got lucky each time we needed to park to pick up, drop them off at the door. Secondly, the accessibility rooms seem too distant , in our case, my parents had to walk a whole corridor length to get to their room, I found it quite strange given the room and bathroom itself is huge, but placed strategically at the wrong end of the hotel
