This hotel is brand new and you can see it. The apartment (because it wasn't just a room!) was spotless clean (really!) and had everything what we needed for those few days. The little kitchen has a fridge, a cooker and even a small dishwasher. Plenty of utensils etc. so you can cook your own meal. But let's be honest - you won't need them! You have plenty of restaurants and pubs around the hotel. Oh yes, the location. It's so close to the subway and the buses! You can reach many of the city attractions in minutes. It's in the central Glasgow, but don't worry about the noise - you won't hear anything form the main street. The hotel is super easy to find - just go past St. Enoch subway station. You can also leave your luggage when you check-out without additional fee which is great. The staff I met was very friendly and always happy to help. I will come back here when next time in Glasgow!
The beds and pillows weren't comfortable. And please, just two teabags for two people for 3 nights? Thinking of the UK as the tea kingdom it surprised me enormously.

Breakfast was rich and nice with traditional elements and lot of healthy choices. It tasted like Scotland. Breakfast lady from Chile was very friendly and charming with all welcoming tunes in her voice to make up our day. She is amazing. Reception morning lady Happy and her colleagues were amazing as well. We initially had an inconvenience upon our arrival late at night (waiting very long to get our room). They managed though to compensate by offering complimentary services. They showed professionalism and expediency in shifting immediately our moods. This is what makes great staff - having people to be able to shift situations and resolve misunderstandings in no time.👍 She even provided us with usefully information about our staying in Scotland which was very helpful as well. They also lent us a umbrella when we forgot ours in the room. Generally all the staff was great, they showed warmth, friendliness and an acute sense of humour. The hotel team gave us a great impression of Scottish hospitality.
The room was a bit dark. Decoration also could be better. It is a style I guess just not my taste.

The property is modern, spacious & quiet. I hd the faraway bridge view at my room. The St Enoch Shopping Ctr is right opposite to the property while the Glasgow Central train station is just a 8-min walk. I took the Airport Express bus Service 500 (£10) to get off at the station of “Bothwell St opp Waterloo Lane” & walked over. The walk to the property was abt 12 to 15-min. If it were not raining, the walk wd be very pleasant. The staff were all very polite & pleasant. Robbie checked me in & provided excellent service. Much appreciated! To conclude, I’ll surely choose to stay in this hotel again in future.

Everything, it was perfect. I wonder if I was the first in this room (sealed toiletries). The room had all cooking facilities, and even dish soap (I noticed other reviews suggeting to add it, so maybe they listened). Sadly they are not allowed to leave salt/pepper/oil. Iron and board, fluffy towels, two desks, huge TV (that I did not use), lovely shower, it had it all. Board games in the lobby (also still sealed), and lovely staff.
Well, ... the price won't stay what I booked it at sadly. Check-in can take a bit at busy times. Parking convention with nearby parking should be clearer about which ones are included (Q-Park) and which aren't (Enoch centre)

We stayed in two twin apartments and they were fabulous. The facilities were great, and absolutely everything we could possibly want or need was thought of and provided. The layout was great, offering the options of both open plan, and privacy when needed. The bathroom was lovely with a really good shower, and plenty of space. The kitchen facilities covered everything, including a lovely big fridge. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, but I would particularly like to mention Happy. She was exceptionally good, being knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. Leo was also good.
I can't fault anything.

This hotel is lovely, really new and so very modern. We really like the studio set up in terms of being able to have some small meals. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for the size and the things were great quality. There is a toaster even thought it isn't mentioned in the info. The location is good, really central. Although it's on a busy street the sound proofing is really good so the noise was really limited. The reception area was really nice and the staff we really friendly The bathroom was nice, good hot shower. There was quite a bit of space and a huge TV.
There were a few small things: The beds and the pillows are very hard - we got a softer pillow from reception which was good There was a bit of noise from the bathroom - you could hear water from the pipes

Location is brilliant, close to everything. So many sockets with USB charge points throughout the room Breakfast staff were lovely, welcoming, on the ball and friendly The bakery items and cakes at breakfast were some of best.. lemon drizzle cake and brillionaire’s shortbread were dangerously good! Had to force ourselves not to eat everything on offer!!! (It wasn’t easy! 🤪)
The AC system switched off over night so we woke up stuffy and hot no matter what we pressed on the controls The fact that breakfast has raw eggs that we needed to boil but the sign was very subtle, we weren’t the only guests to break into them only to find that we needed to cook them! Evening reception staff made checking-in super late smooth and they were welcoming and funny!

The location was wonderful. It was very convenient to get the bus, and it's perfectly situated by Buchanan Street and St Enoch, so access to shopping and food was excellent! As well, the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous, which was very much appreciated. The place was clean and well-kept, and we felt very safe and comfortable. We highly recommend the Adagio to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Glasgow!
The only issue I had was the temperature in our room. We were there for a week and the heating never worked properly, nor did adjusting the thermostat. The room got a bit cold at night. I mentioned it to the front desk on the second day of our stay, and they told me they'd send someone to look at it, but if they did, no one told us. Regardless, the design and insulation of the room were quite efficient, so the temperature never got below 20 degrees C. I totally understand this is a newly built facility and there will always be growing pains so this minor inconvenience is not enough to give a poor review. Also, I do hope you can get the laundry facilities up and running soon - having that does offer a positive incentive when choosing a place to stay.

The location was central, the hotel is modern, the interior was very nice. lifts worked fast and well. although many mentioned the bed was hard, it’s comfy if you have any back problems or you don’t like sleeping on soft.
there was no window to open in the room and I wish it was mentioned somewhere since I like fresh air not just air conditioning. plus the A/C was either keeping the room cold or hot. if you turn everting off it was a bit stuffy. the kitchen was tiny with one plug, so you could someting very simple. plus the receptionist told us that there’s something we need to turn on otherwise the fire alarm will switch on but didnt specify what. there’s a nespresso machine with one capsule given to the guests, cleaning service comes with additional fee.

The hotel is central, close to shops and train stations. It was very clean. Majority of staff were very friendly. I loved my room (studio): it has a modern, clean feel. the little kitchenette was perfect for me, comes with a sink, induction stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is cookware and plenty of crockery and cutlery. I had everything I needed. You can control the temperature of the room. There is a television with access to freeview channels. Bed was big and comfortable. Nice big window so room was bright but the curtain was blackout so room was very dark for sleeping in, perfect. There are bin stores on every floor (accessible with your room key) which was very handy.
I think some of the additional costs are quite high (e.g. £14 breakfast, £7 to have your bins changed and fresh towels). I didn’t use any of these extras because of this but thought I’d mention in case new guests were expecting anything to be inclusive. Your room can be cleaned free of charge if you are staying for more than 7 nights. I stayed for 6, I was more than happy to self-cater personally!
