Palm Court Hotel

The hotel has a friendly feel, I liked the old style lifts, the location is good, near arcades, restaurants etc Also loved the swimming pool Very friendly, helpful people working at the Palm Court

The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the chicken dish I'd been looking forward to wasn't available as we were slightly late for our 7pm dinner booking and the menu had changed because a large group was there. We knew about there being a large group but didn't realise it would be a different menu

I booked the afternoon before our stay, can not believe my luck to book so last minute but found such a wonderful place. It’s central, has parking, seafront, beautiful food, the loviest staff so friendly all of them (I always think that is due to good management) very helpful, very clean, the swimming pool was the reason I booked it, but found so many more benefits, gorgeous white sheets & comfy beds, we were so sad to leave but definitely will be returning, like so many of the guests I chatted with. One guest had been the last 34 years wow, many more were frequent guests, that was our first stay of no doubt many more to come.

Fairly modern and clean

The hotel itself was lovely, clean and very airy through out in the reception and dining areas. The staff were all extremely lovely and more than happy to help with anything we needed and greeted us with a smile everytime they saw us. The house keeping team were lovely and filled our requests happily and completely. The swimming pool and games rooms were brilliant and free to use. Our daughter came to visit during the day and she was made to feel just as welcome as us. The breakfasts on both mornings was great, lots of choice and cooked breakfast as you want from what is on offer.

There wasn't anything we found we didn't like.

A hotel with a pool, the kids in the hotel loved it. The prices of drink and food were very good. The food was amazing, lots of choice, I loved the chicken Supreme! Breakfast was so good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Sam in the bar was so nice, do anything for you. Prices for the hotel for high season were competitive.

The first room they put us in was way too warm but they up graded us to a bigger room. On our first night one of the male waiters was useless, didn't seem to know how to serve drinks at table, didn't open the wine or water, or pour, just walked away!

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Child friendly, we booked for a night on the bank holiday weekend. When we got to the hotel the rooms were in different locations in the hotel but we asked to be put together and they did that no problem. They also have a great menu and a fantastic bar area. It's also located away from the main strip but still only takes 7 minutes to walk down to it and the beach well that is literally a stones throw away from the hotel the beach is great as it is Yarmouth so for me I think it's one of the best hotels in the area 😎🌻

The hotel was in an amazing location, we arrived early but was able to leave our car before check in time which enabled us to explore great yarmouth. We had a large family room which overlooked the sea which was really comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were really friendly and was so kind to our 8 year old daughter. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice and we had a lovely meal one night which was really nice. We had a fantastic 4 nights here!

The lift was very old and small but we loved it! although some people would not.

A fantastic hotel directly opposite the beach,the weather wasn't great so we never made it to the beach, but luckily the hotel has a great pool, and games room, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The staff are are absolutely amazing, so helpful, and friendly, they made us feel right at home. Dinner at the hotel was lovely, everything was cooked to perfection, breakfast was equally as good. The bar was great, the lady that made my espresso martini was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, she also makes a great peach Bellini 😁 We had such a great time, we decided we needed another night, so we were lucky enough book into another room, both rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Cannot wait to return, highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike, the moment you walk through the door, the attention is on you, honestly not a bad word to say.

The staff were friendly and helpful and cheerful, we were upgraded to a lovely seaview which we appreciated greatly as the weather was very cold and rainy but we were able to sit in and enjoy a lovely view of the sea and ships passing by whilst enjoying coffee etc. The breakfast had good choices and the best sausages we have had in a long while. Parking was good. Room was cleaned daily with lovely towels and bedding. The manager even helped me with my suitcase to the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Swimming pool didn't have changing room facilities so you had to walk through hotel with wet suits on, didn't like this idea so I didn't use the pool, that is the only disappointment.

Room was very good. Double bed and single bed was great bonus. Bathroom was a little “snug” but not a problem Ventilation would be nice in there. Staff were FABULOUS. Food was great. Only thing I could complain about was the lift! Needs work. If the person exiting the lift doesn’t close the doors properly no one on any other floor can call it. Caused a lot of problems whilst we were there for us and lot of other people. My husband has copd and I am recovering from lung cancer having part of my lung removed. Lift failed us a few times and a lovely receptionist sorted it for us Only once did we have to use the stairs to go up to our room ( 3rd floor). Took us a good couple of hours to recover. One more thing, which didn’t affect us too much was the internet. I should say lack of it!! Seems it was down all the time we were there
