I was very pleased with the amount of space in my single room, the attractive carpeting, good phone charging facilities, good TV & WiFi. Nice window which opened for ventilation...tea & coffee making facilities, topped up daily. The en suite was perfect, with a nice, easy-to-operate shower. The property was minutes from the beach. I could let myself in and out at any time. The bed was very comfortable with a handy bedside lamp.

Nothing of much importance. An ordinary chair to sit on while reading, drinking, eating, watching TV etc. would have been welcome...plenty of space for it in the room.

My room was very comfortable and I had all I needed. The location was perfect as the main purpose was to do the Gorleston Cliffs parkrun on Saturday morning and volunteer at the Gorleston Juniors parkrun on Sunday.

There were not very good left luggage facilities. I was told I could leave my backpack in the passage way near the front door on Sunday morning. But as the front door was wide open I decided to take my bag to the parkrun and risk it there rather and it was fine in the end.

Near sea

Was not in Great Yarmouth which l thought it was when booking it. Had to pay for a taxi which was £12.50 for which you said l cud get a refund for but l had no receipt so you haven't credited it have you. No one gets a receipt for a tax. Also once booked much cheaper hotels came up on your site and actually within walking distance of the station. Please refund the taxi fare l cud probably find it on a credit card receipt but it wudb difficult. Why would l lie about this. I will be telling all my national church by memo about this. ( 20,000 strong ) & going on BBC consumer shows

I was very clean

the mattress was the worst I have ever slept on

Room was lovely, small single room, single bed nice clean and tidy room with an ensuite bathroom, all very clean, lovely clean towels too. Hotel was easy to find. Located near the most beautiful beach. Was given a key to the front door to come and go as pleased. Parking on the street outside and surrounding streets is free! Parking was difficult as it was a beautiful sunny day, so I parked just one street away (but were plenty of spaces at the end of the day/next day).

No breakfast available and no reduction in price to reflect this. Front door was locked on arrival and took a while for someone to answer-who I assume was the owner, I was then given a key to the room, but not shown to the room.

The location is good. Very close to the beach and a pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk to town. Nice comfy bed. Dave who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and accommodating.

The price was way over the top. I paid £130 for two nights in what felt like an £80 for two nights hotel. It’s very basic has no bar or other facilities.

The rooms were cosy and very quiet. We felt looked after as we were greeted by the friendly host, thereafter our rooms were looked after through the week. Location is excellent, after parking outside the hotel, all we needed was in walking distance, including places to eat and the beach.

We would like to have stayed longer.

Staff were friendly and welcoming of me and my dog. Nice clean room in excellent location (very close to the beach). There was plenty of free parking on the street outside. Affordable.

Would have been nice to have shower gel and a hair drier, and shower heads could do with a de-scaling. These things were reflected in the price so overall, very happy with the stay and will be returning.

Right near the beach, clean and tidy, good basic room with clean comfy bed. No night staff but has key for front door, was like a home from home really. I’d stay again

Wi-Fi wasn’t strong and tv didn’t work very well. no hairdryer. also there was nobody there when I went to check in but the owner was v apologetic when he arrived

we stayed here with 2 children and 2 dogs, we had 2 rooms and both of them were absolutely spotless and smelt so fresh! the beds was comfy, and the bedding clean and crisp. and I must say the staff are lovely! we would definitely recommend this place!
