The Garden Suite0

This has to be the best B&B I’ve stayed in. B&Bs are generally clean and comfortable but this one is sumptuous, luxurious and, if I May wax lyrical, idyllic. The bedroom and bathroom are kitted out to an exceptionally high standard and the host, Jennie, was so lovely to us. She is an excellent cook as well as hostess with the mostest, so make sure you make time for breakfast. Last but not least, the walled garden which can be viewed from the bedroom and enjoyed whilst drinking your morning coffee, is beautiful - the planting is marvellous- if you love gardening, you’ll love this place. Finally, Harrogate city centre is a short walk across the stray - the ancient trees in leaf along route were also a treat for us.

There is nothing to dislike - my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Jenny was an exceptional hostess and made me very welcome. The suite and garden were perfect and I had the best nights sleep. After a hectic day spent in the hustle and bustle of Harrogate, the suite was very tranquil. Jenny was very accommodating when it came to breakfast and catered to my diabetic needs. Thank you very much 😊

A beautifully presented accommodation, very peaceful with a look out onto a well kept private garden of which you have access to. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was beliciousJenny is certainly the hostess with the mostesss. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary perfect xx

Where to begin. We have had a wonderful, relaxed stay in the most stylish and comfortable B&B ever. The room was so well presented it seemed a shame to put our messy stamp on it. The room and bathroom were immaculate. We had breakfast, with the owner Jennie providing a marvellous choice. Nothing was too much as she waited on our every need. Jennie is a wonderful hostess, I could have talked with her for hours. The location was an easy stroll away from Harrogates centre,in lovely surroundings. We highly recommend you spend time here, you won't regret it. Look forward to our next stay. Ali and Louise Prescott.

Lovely room and facilities. Very comfortable, tidy and clean. Host offered breakfast if required. Great place to drive and visit around Harrogate.

Everything great. I would make a point of stating that door into back of house used to enter accommodation is very difficult to operate from the inside.

Wow what a find! Our visit to the garden room started with the host, Jenny offering to cook myself and my husband an anniversary/birthday meal as the restaurant we had booked had to close due to Covid and Harrogate was so busy we could not find an alternative. And what a meal is was! 4 courses of exemplary food! Our room looked directly onto the beautiful garden and we passed some time watching a little hedgehog who was also enjoying its surroundings. Jenny left us a lovely anniversary card, a plant and a birthday card for my husband in the room too - so thoughtful! The following morning we also enjoyed a fabulous breakfast with fresh, home made banana bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, English muffin with eggs cooked to perfection. We will definitely visit Jenny and her lovely home as soon as we can!

Jennie is a superb host and makes you feel welcome immediately. The room was very clean and the pictures don't really do it justice its superb and a fantastic Garden to sit out and enjoy the weather we are having at the moment. The breakfasts are fantastic

The only thing i think would be an improvement and in reality could generate slightly better rates is Air Conditioning and yes i know we are having crazy hot weather at the moment, but would have been 100% if Air con was available rather than just a fan. No negatives here, just a suggested improvement

A super super comfy bed. Gorgeous interior and the underfloor heating was a lovely extra surprise in the bathroom. Such a peaceful nights stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! It was also very very clean inside and out!

Nothing really to say- only that the wifi connection to use the telly apps didn’t work.

surprised it was very nice Jen was friendly the room was really comfortable especially the goose down bedding we slept so well sorry my hearing is impaired Jen i didnt hear you say the lawn needed cutting or i would have done it gladly lovely host im eating your Bannana bread as we speak jen thank you for an enjoyable stay definatley go back mr t brain

Great location for the Yorkshire Show (10mins walk) and to get to the centre (30 mins walk). Opportunity to have breakfast but we didn't take this up due to our plans. Off road parking. Modern, well equipped room and bathroom.
