Check out was 3 pm and I was early but there is a cafe at the top of Flint Mount with friendly owner. Very pleased with double bed room with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of tea, coffee, chocolate provided along with fresh bottles of water each day. I knew that breakfast was not a given so took advantage of various breakfast places listed by the Grafton. If you want a full breakfast the Ascot Hotel is on Kings Road as you walk into the city. Really enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the hotel. Free parking as long as you are given a parking ticket by the hotel.

Not much to dislike as this hotel was reasonable in price for Harrogate and was only 15 minutes walk into the city.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. Our room was spacious and so well appointed. Everything we could possibly need was there and more. Including The White Company toiletries, bottles of water, orange juice, biscuits (as well as quality tea and coffee) and a big jar of cotton wool balls. Bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with a very big screen TV on the opposite wall. Lovely shower room. Took us about 10 minutes to walk into the heart of town for a meal in the evening. All in all, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel has no facilities for meals, but there is a nice lounge with a well stocked bar area. Lack of a lift could be a problem for some, as we had to carry our cases up 3 floors of stairs.

The location is good. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Up hill when walking back, which wasn't a problem for us. Street parking outside, which the hotel gives you tickets for. Rooms nice decoration and very clean. Our room was very small with no view. We we're out all day, so it wasn't a problem . Bed very cosy You get keys for the front door and your room. The hotel is nice, clean, and cosy. But not worth £300 for 2 nights £150 maybe £200 at push but not the £300 we paid.

There's a little bar in the accommodation. But nothing else. Paid £300 for a small room with no view and no breakfast. I wouldn't stay again at this price. Stayed in much better hotels, with bigger rooms, breakfast included, for cheaper. Also, with a receptionist 24 hour. Over priced

Room was very clean as was all the facilities, the tea coffee milk etc was replaced daily as was bottled water and biscuits, Towels and facecloths changed every day and any used complementary toiletries also replaced daily. Breakfast was great from cereal to full english and pastries fresh fruit etc - excellent

For those that want to help in small ways to keep environment healthy a choice to have clean towels - they dont need to be changed daily however nice this is, they can be used for a few days and put on the floor when needed to be cleaned.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location for the convention centre and city centre. Easy on-street parking, so quiet and peaceful when we woke up in the morning. Room was beautifully decorated with a super-comfy bed and clean, modern bathroom.

The room was very small for the price, though lovely. The bathroom was also small and a shower cubicle would have been preferable to the shower over the bath. It was also disappointing that the hotel doesn't provide breakfast (although we knew this prior to booking). It was quite expensive for room only.

The hosts were lovely and friendly and we even managed to get checked in an hour before stated on booking site. We stayed in a room at the top of the property, which was a large double, but with king size bed. Everything was spotless and the whole property smelt fresh too! It had a modern shower which was excellent and a very large tv as well. We had a great night's sleep. In the morning we went down for breakfast at the nearby Ascot hotel at the bottom of the road, as recommended by Mark at the Grafton. We had a really nice cooked breakfast there. Superb stay all round.

Very accommodating as I booked incorrectly and they helped so much. Room was beautifully clean and had a fan in the heatwave thankfully.

They do not provide breakfast which would be OK except the local breakfast place they recommended was soooo slow that we didn't get food until we all nearly passed out - this shouldn't be an issue for the hotel really but we do just need calories before 11 am and if they can't provide breakfast then possibly need to regularly vet the breakfast places they recommend. Honestly a croissant in bag on the door handle would have helped!

Lovely little hotel just outside the centre of Harrogate. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Perfect place to stay!

The only thing for me personally as a very warm person was that it was very warm in the room! The radiators were adjustable but the windows did not open, not the end of the world but was quite uncomfortable for me especially after the shower had been on etc.

The bedroom and bathroom in this establishment were exceptional. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large with a bathtub as well as a shower. It did not overlook any noisy roads and we had a couple of very good nights' sleep there. There was always parking in the road outside and they provided a daily permit so we felt happy that we wouldn't come back to a parking ticket. There is a guest lounge bar where we sat to read one evening, which was nice.

The only downside is the lack of a breakfast of any kind. We were given a list of nearby cafes purportedly offering breakfast. The nearest did not open until 10.30am despite what the list claimed, so that was not a practical choice. Another cafe was nice, but only offered toast and pastries - not very healthy! A third we tried was closed because their coffee machine was out of action... Hunting down a decent breakfast was therefore somewhat challenging! Such a shame.

Great location - could walk to town centre with easy. Quiet location and very attractive, well presented too. Elegant and great of quality finish throughout. Bathroom was extremely generous in size compared with the bedroom, with nice little touches like quality freebies and a good selection of hot drink stuff, biscuits, juice.

A little bit pricey for a hotel with no breakfast facilities.
