Location is spot on for attending a wedding at Tunnels Beaches. Some very good resteraunts within a couple of minutes walking distance. Having an ice cream parlour on site was an added bonus! Room 5 was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and vegetarian or dietary needs are catered for. Don't be put off by no onsite parking, Ropery Road carpark is large with no height restrictions and a couple of minutes away from the B&B.

Shower screen would have been better opening away from the shower head, where it was made it dificult to get in without spraying water on the floor! Plug sockets did not allow hair appliances near enough to full length mirror although a small shaving type mirror had been provided. There are a lot of steps and although not a problem for us, this venue would not suit a less able person.

We're walking the south West Coast path and decided to book a room instead of Camping this night. We Had a bathtub and bathfoam in the room which was so relaxing after Long days of Walking, there was a shower too. The room was very Big and lovely and cosy. The carpet super soft, the bed very comfortable. Everything we couldve hoped for. We we're very impressed! Restaurants and Shops only a few metres away. The room was very quiet and super Clean! Probably one of the best rooms ive ever stayed in.

The room was lovely and had lots of nich touches such as a proper coffee machine, large mugs instead of silly little teacups, a make-up mirror on one of the bedside cabinets and little extras such as designer toiletries which you would expect in a four star hotel but for a b&b was a lovely bonus. Superb breakfast and they were able to cope with my dairy intolerance without a fuss. We would definitely stay again on our way to and from Lundy Island, it's an ideal location.

To be honest we couldn't think of anything apart from perhaps the lack of parking but there are nearby car parks and there are spaces outside but we arrived late so weren't able to grab one.

The location couldn't be better for the harbour, town and restaurants. Our hosts were brilliant they gave us a lovely warm welcome and accommodated a very early breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean , it was hot but a fan was provided. Great facilities like hairdryer, hair straighteners, magnifying mirror and good quality shower, shampoo and conditioner were provided.

The downside is due to location it was quite noisy in the evening so maybe not the best bet if you want a really quiet night, but it is right in the middle of town.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. They sent a message the day before to check our ETA to ensure they would be around and sent all the details we needed to find the property and suitable parking. The property is in a fantastic location and is beautiful! The room was decorated to a very high standard and the owners had thought of everything (even down to straighteners)! Our room was spotless and the bathroom was incredible. We were very well looked after, had a fab choice for breakfast and the owners checked when we wanted our room serviced during our stay. Worth every penny and star, and if we ever visit that part of the country again, we will 100% be staying back at this property. Thank you Jonah and Nicky for a wonderful stay!

The only thing we can fault are the size of the towels! (We like big bath towels)

Very comfortable, convenient and with lovely welcoming hosts who were super helpful and friendly ! Well furnished and you couldn’t be more central if you tried. Quiet and peaceful. We will recommend to our wedding guests to stay here.

It wasn’t a dislike but the stairs could be an issue possibly for older people/less mobile , so just a flag if you struggle with stairs. There are rooms on two floors though so you could opt for a room on the first floor.

the hosts Jonah and Nicki were so welcoming. their property is in a fantastic location, close to walk to everything. our room was beautifully fitted out and decorated. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. their attention to detail is spot on breakfast was delicious and we couldn’t hav asked for more. Highly recommend Rocky Cove.

if I HAVE to pick something it can only be maybe a couple of extra hooks for coats etc there is nothing we disliked

had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable.

nothing about the property in general. like literally if I was nitpicking. the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom didn’t match. there is no parking which is pretty standard with beach front b&b. communication with the hosts was a bit annoying having to repeat myself with arrival time so they could go out and do their own thing. but this really is nitpicking.

We stayed here for two separate nights, the night before and after we went to Lundy. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our double room which was large and comfortable, with an en suite shower room that had plenty of hot water and in our room was a kettle with a good selection of tea & coffee. Breakfast was great with cereals and juices to choose from along with a full English breakfast and toast etc. Pubs and restaurants are nearby. The owners are lovely and it was great to chat to them - good luck with the coming season.

The location is so close to everything, The room was so much more than expected. It was like a suite with a kitchenette and massive lounge, which was so relaxing 😌 lovely bedroom with a beautiful big bathtub 😍 and the bed was really comfy 😀 We had a fabulous stay😁definitely come back🥰
