Seaview House Bed and Breakfast

On our trip to Scotland we stayed at seven different Bed & Breakfast facilities and I would say that the Seaview House Bed & Breakfast was my favorite. It was so uniquely decorated, furnished and comfortable! We were just delighted to be there and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable, as was our bathroom. The breakfast was prepared and cooked just for us and was delicious. In addition to our cooked breakfast, there were all kinds of cereals, breads, cheese, and fruit available.

Not a thing!

Location was superb. The range of items for breakfast was excellent . Cooked breakfast was very well cooked, presented and great quality, Amazing value for money. The size of shower in the family room was great

In the family room bathroom the sink was so small we could only just get the kettle under the tap, could do with being a full size sink.. The shower tray was very slippy when in use, could do with handrail and non slip mat. The weather was extremely hot and the fan provided wasnt at all effective.

Proximity to P&O car ferry harbour and to Train into Belfast which saved me using my car. Quiet, clean and very helpful supportive staff. It is also ideally located for exploring the Causeway Coastal route and the associated Crown of Thrones film locations.

The next door property was initially a distraction but the friendliness of staff and the ambiance of SeaView means it is a distraction easily overcome and once inside you obviously don’t notice.

Our host was so kind and welcoming, really knowledgeable about the local area, gave us great recommendations of places to go and things to do, we had a great chat and a laugh at breakfast. The room was spotless and very spacious, as was the en suite. Fabulous water pressure in the shower. Parking right outside the door was so handy. Plenty of sockets in the bedroom and in sensible places where you could use them for what you needed. Breakfast was delicious and there was great variety and loads to choose from. Couldn't have had a nicer stay.

The breakfast was excellent, the fresh fruit bowl, fruit , coffee drinks and a good choice of fresh breakfast foods. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. The staff understand the needs of a travelling tourist ( motorcyclist ) Private parking for my motorbike. 2 mins to the ferry port. The staff go that extra effort to help all with a smile. I had a great sleep and top breakfast.

This place was a little hidden gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was to die for. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the local pub/restaurant was within a 5 minute walk. We had such a giggle with the staff and could not have felt more welcome and looked after.

That i couldn't stay longer!

The staff at Seaview B&B were so approachable and accommodating. We thought the overall value for money was great and the location was perfect for public transport. There's also the Olderfleet pub round the corner which was nice for food/drink/good atmosphere.

The bath towels are tiny. It could be a little noisy with the seagulls (expected being by the harbour) and noise/movements of the room next door

A wonderful B&B! The host is lovely, the location (30 min north of Belfast and on the Antrim coast) is wonderful, the room is spacious and tidy, and the cooked breakfast was great. Parking is available outside the property, and the local pub is just 5 minutes away by foot. A lovely stay, would come back again!

this was a lovely property very clean and very well maintained, and dog friendly. we arrived late in the evening and they were very accommodating. the bed was so comfortable (it was one of the best nights sleep Iv had for a long time.. ) the breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful and very friendly. definitely 10/10

the only think I didn’t like was having to leave when or trip was over

My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Everything was 10 out of 10, the room was beautifully decorated. It was a little hot but there was a fan to sort that out. Breakfast was great and they even did our breakfast early as we had to leave early in the morning. There was even some gluten free breakfast food for me!

Can't think of a single thing we didn't like.
