Very clean and comfortable. The host was so helpful. We arrived at 9:30am on a Sunday when everything was closed until 1pm - she had looked into where we could go to unwind (the leisure centre café). We went into Belfast and it was gone 9pm when we eventually checked in and she was welcoming and friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. Also, having Netflix on the telly was a bonus - which sounds trivial, but as we were exhausted being able to relax with something familiar was the cherry on top.

The shower was a little lacking BUT that’s not unusual in these sorts of B&Bs so really wasn’t a problem.

The B&B was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service from Elenor and her partner. The rooms were spotlessly clean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was remarkable and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. They went beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, always available to assist with any request or inquiry. Overall, our experience at this accommodation was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed there for a night to catch an early ferry and it was excellent for that purpose as we had to drive for only a couple of minutes to the check in. It is a comfortable B&B and we found the double bed more comfortable than it looked. The owner made us very welcome and offered breakfast at 0615, before our early ferry, although it is not usually served until 0700. There is a good pub about 100 metres away, where we enjoyed a very good pub meal in the evening. Given that the B&B is close to a commercial port, the outlook is not scenic. For our purose of catching the ferry without any hassle, the Harbour Inn was excellent and we would stay there again.

As we stayed there for ease of catching an early ferry, and not for the views or good restaurant, there were no disappointments. The gastropub 100 metres away was an unexpected bonus.

Fantastic- we stayed just overnight to catch an early ferry to Cairnryan. For a budget room, we had low expectations, and this far exceeded them! Lovely comfortable room. Our host greeted us at the door and showed us the room, even taking the time to show us how to work the TV and the shower. They graciously offered to allow us to have breakfast at 6:30 as we had to be gone for the ferry at 7, when breakfast is usually served. The bed was comfy, the wifi was excellent, and the food delicious. I will book again!

I was in the town for my brother's wedding. We stayed 4 nights and everything was beyond my expectations for a B&B. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Full home cooked breakfast in the morning. The room had housekeeping every day. Overall we would definitely return here.

I booked a budget room as we didn't expect to spend much time there. It was at the top of the house so be prepared for stairs. Next time I will book a different type of room. I can't complain about the room itself as it was very comfortable and clean for a budget room.

Linda went above and beyond to create a safe Harbour for us. We had to unexpectedly cut our travels to Scotland short and took a late ferry back. She not only opened her Inn quite late but reassured us with wonderful stories of how things weren't as bad as they seemed. Her Inn is immaculate, beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We cannot say enough nice things about these kind folks!

Liz was so attentive and could not have been more welcoming. The breakfast fry was amazing, hot, tasty and served without any delay. Nothing too much trouble certainly will be back.

My only issue is the size of the sink in the bathroom, more of a small closet sink than a proper bathroom sink and there is plenty of space to install a full size one.

The lady of the house was super nice and positive and accomodating! The breakfast was good.

The location is really outside of everything, right in the port, but it's really good for people travelling early or late with the ferry. But the town itself is dead, there was nothing open when we were there. noThe room is close to the port so there is a faint smell lingering about, but nothing too bad.

Our host Liz was very friendly and helpful - we were travelling by bicycle and Liz provided a safe place for our bicycles. Our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Liz recommended the Older Fleet which was only a few minutes away, where we had a very nice evening meal.

Terrific fresh breakfast. Ulster Fry with all the trimmings, we were even offered the 'Big' fry. Terrific hosts really welcoming and interested in the wedding we'd been to. Lovely kind, mannerly people.

Overall , for our needs it was tip top, even down to the little bistro seating area at the front. Parking was safe and right outside. Well sign posted and close to the ferry terminal.
