The room was as pictured, super central position about two minutes walk from KX station and about 300m from the hotel where you check in (reception guys let you stack your luggage in a corridor behind the reception even after checking out which is real nice, maybe consider taking cash and pricy items with you. We had no issues). Rooms was quite small and clean, thick curtains that partially block sunlight in the morning, no a/c but it did have a fan on the ceiling, the window pane opens to let air in, toilet is really small but has all you need. There were both soaps and extra toilet paper rolls, plus towels and clean linen and they make the bed and clean out the trash each morning. As in all those victorian style houses the staircase is steep and narrow so if you have issues with that you need to look for a different type of accommodation, we were perfectly ok with it. Doors are self closing and slam noisily if you let them shut alone, so all noise depends on how polite the guests are. All in all we were really happy with the room

Bed is queen size so in european terms it's tighter than a two-space bed. More like 1 1/2 place bed and not very comfy

The staff was so helpful and sweet! They went the extra mile, and I'm very greatful. It made the stay uncomplicated and special. The area was beautiful and quiet. I did not expected for that little money to get such a great experience nowadays were London's prices are over the roof usually. Trainstation and underground only a view steps away. So convenient. I will be definitely back.

We had no view but we didn't pay for a room upgrade, so it's understandable.

Location, clean, good bed with a warm cover, TV, bathroom with shower and worm water, good enough for one person in a short break in London.

Pretty small for a 3 stars room, the window didn’t properly close so from outside came the cold. Fortunately I managed to block it and I had no problems with the coldness of the night at May beginning. Not air conditioning, just a ventilator which I had no reason to use. No closet where to put my clothes, just an office desk with 3 drawers

Basic but very clean room - every day the room was refreshed. Perfect location, 15 min by foot from the British Museum. A wonderful host, Maggie, is really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who comes to London for few days.

The double bed is kind of small for two people although comfortable. Would be great to have some shampoo and shower gel.

The room is clean and comfortable. Close to kings cross and many restaurants. We just walked practically everywhere we needed, location is great. You have to pick up the key elsewhere but it's really a minute and it's on the way from the station. An additional plus for the staff, their kindness and positive attitude made our trip even better! Thank you and hope to visit you again!

Everything was excellent

Great localisation, I was able to walk almost everywhere, it took between 40-50mins on foot to most of the tourist places in London. Very kind staff. Room is tiny but all essentials are there.

Walls are thin, you can hear for example a person caughing in another room or snapping the door

Perfect little place to stay for my son and I. Staff were lovely both at check in and checking out. Would definitely stay here again. Clean room and bathroom and although small and compact, we didn't need anything else.

Nothing to dislike. Had to collect keys from hotel opposite but this was easy once I'd noticed my email.

Good value accommodation in a central location very close to St. Pancras/Kings Cross station. It was nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room. Also they kindly allow you to store your bags before you check in and after you check out. Maggie was very welcoming and cheerful!

The location is perfect just a minutes walk from the tube and major railway station. When I asked for extra towels they quickly sent me some more.

The person staying above me was quite loud on my last night in the hotel though thats not really the hotels fault.

Very central location, just down the road from Kings Cross station, in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Really reasonably priced. Clean room.

The pigeons cooing outside the window in the early hours of the morning, but we slept with the windows open.
