The reception staff on a couple of occasions were a bit off hand. We had a problem with our fridge. They said it would be fixed while we were out but it wasn’t. Also we were questioned if we had a reservation in the cocktail lounge whilst they sorted it but it was the manner in which we were asked was a little upsetting. Also at one point the lift didn’t work and we were asked could you not walk up, it was the sixth floor and I also have asthma. They did rectify the warm drinks problem by swapping them for cold ones.

The suite was gorgeous and the location was awesome 😍. I was able to navigate the Underground and international trains easily. There is even a stop for local tours across the street.

Staff needs to be consistent in the way they check in their guest otherwise it gives the appearance of bias.

We called to request a quieter room as we were overlooking euston road, and were upgraded by the lovely receptionist to the 6th floor into a suite. It was divine!!! No complaints here, stunning room, great views, high class amenity. Thank you.

Review is a tale of two halves - the price for the standard double room, which we originally booked and what you get for your money, is not good - the quality of the furnishings, and the general ambience in the 'normal' rooms is not worth the money charged. The bathroom was tired, the bed was lumpy and it just felt so drab. Do not recommend a stay for the standard or 'deluxe' rooms.

Amazing location right next to King Cross. Room was large and had plenty of amenities. Hotel specially decorated the room to celebrate our anniversary. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Slightly noisy, but to be expected due to the location. Toilet lighting was not to our taste.

Ambience super..funky boutique hotel. Location..extremely central..easy access to city and tourist hot spots. Comfort..pillows..aircon..clean bathroom.. Umbrellas in room and at reception saved our days ..

The location opposite kinda cross station, the design in the rooms and foyer were great. The hotel feels small on entry but the room was a generous size. The breakfast was made to order and really nice.

The hotel is classed as a 5 star hotel but didn’t have small things I would expect from a hotel of that calibre. I had to work and there wasn’t a good desk or chair, the room had both but the directors style chair was not for long term use. . Breakfast was confusing as the hotel is attached to 2 restaurants, I went to the wrong place twice before being directed upstairs as a hotel guest. However I would stay here again and recommend it.

The room was comfortable, the location was convenient right opposite Kings Cross and St Pancras station, easy access to Gatwick airport, a few metres from underground station. Breakfast good, especially at weekend where it was served upstairs in a comfortable location with a good choice of food, excellent service. Walking distance to places including British Library and some other museums, and canal precinct behind Kings Cross.

Breakfast Good at weekend, not so good on Monday morning as it was in the downstairs street level cafe. I had to wait a long time for coffee and food, they didn't listen to what I ordered, but eventually fixed and it was OK.

The location of this Hotel is fantastic, being across the road from the Kings Cross station and the St Pancras Station. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and along with the shower was the best we had on our trip through Europe. We travelled from Paris by the Eurostar so this Hotel is ideal, being across the road from the station. It was easy to get to the Heathrow International Airport by walking across the road to the underground to get to Heathrow for our flights home.

The cost was a little high, due to being from NZ and our exchange rate not being the best. We were there on a Sunday night, when the restaurant was closed but there are many places to eat nearby. The room came with earplugs, which implies there is some road noise, however we did not notice any noise and did not need to use the earplugs.

Room lock not functional in terms of 'Dead locking' the door from the interior.

Cleaning staff able to wander in when least expected-spoke little English.
