The location of the hotel relative to major transportation points, as well as being within walking distance of many sights and experiences was very important, and it met those needs for us. Our room was clean and well-appointed, easily accessible, and suited our needs. Our expectations were adequately set, we knew the rooms were going to be a little smaller than more "American" hotels, but we didn't plan on living in our room, it's LONDON after all! I would compare them to a cruise-ship cabin, which suited us just fine for this trip.

Be careful with the shower - the drain doesn't take the water away as fast as the shower is capable of putting out. It wasn't a problem once we figured out how to adjust. But that was nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

Location was great, staff very helpful, nice and quiet ☺️

A proper breakfast would of been nice instead of the continental one, 😞

First and foremost, it is absolutely your staff that would lead my wife and me to return! I'm not good with names but Lukashe (?) and Hamza are two I remember; the women in the breakfast room were efficient and pleasant as well. I should add that Hamza offered to bring our bags down to the lobby the day of our departure and of course I offered a gratuity. He said because of his position with the hotel he was not able to take the money. I did the old "I insist" but he insisted also!! I don't know if I can possibly stress strongly enough to you how much that IMPRESSED ME In fact, that will remain one of my pleasant memories of our trip as I share it with people bacl home. (Maybe that is in part because I am a bit older than many of your guests and would notice and value such honesty on an emplyee's part. I am a young-at- heart 75!) Please share that with Hamza. And lest I forget, I have stayed in the Ebury Street area in the past so I knew of its fantastic location. Whenever we return it will not be soon enough! Thanks for everything!!!

I asked for a few more hangers as we only had four in our room but was told that more were not available. Also, my wife sensed a somewhat musty smell with the bed covering.....maybe that was from simply not being dried completely. And of course the steps: had I reserved sooner possibly we could have gotten a room on what we call the second floor and you (I believe) call the first floor. But we were told long before arriving help would be available for one's bags so the stairs were not "big deal."

close to the coach station and the underground. Room was bigger than expected. Bed really comfortable. Nice en-suite. All very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Was only there for a few hours so apart from redecoration in the communal areas, no complaints.

Reception staff were outstandingly helpful and welcoming. Room was spotless and modern looking with all that we needed.luggage was stored on arrival and departure and on our return to collect luggage a massive 9 hrs after we checked out, we were asked what time our coach home was and offered a cup of tea/coffee and to wait at hotel till we needed to leave...very hospitable

our toilet sounded like it was filling up constantly and loudly from when we got to our room about 10.30pm till about 4am. A.coat hook or 2 on one of the doors/wall and in bathroom would be great for outerwear as wardrobe is only a single one

The location is great especially if you plan to travel around the UK from London Victoria, easy to reach after a few minutes walking; many restaurants close by and supermarkets; The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend in London. The price of the room was great given it included breakfast and a location in the city centre. Breakfast in our opinion was good, a decent assortment of tea, cereals, bread + spreads so we were quite satisfied. Also the terrace must be very nice in summer. We will definitely stay here again!

We DID NOT DISLIKE anything to be honest, but I nevertheless want to mention 2 things for other travellers to do a bit of expectation management. 1. There was a slight gap between door and floor where light could shine into the (small) room, but we just put our suitcases in front of it as an easy fix. 2. You could hear the other guest in the staircase if they were chatting while walking past the room, but this is nothing extraordinary in London given the architecture and age of some of the houses, so we did not mind. I suggest to come prepared with earplugs if people do mind.

Superb location for the westend shows and Westminster area. The staff were pleasant and helpful and check in was super easy and very friendly. The breakfast was simple but there was enough choice.

The triple room was too small for the purpose. The single bed was across the bottom of the double bed and either cut off access to the bathroom door or cut off access to one side of the bed. I understand space is a premium. However, for the price I paid for the room, I would have expected to be able to use the room without bumping into furniture.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was abundant and has variety of cereals and bread The location is 2 minutes from the coach station and 5 minutes from the underground station. There is a sainsbury's near and also loads of cafes and places to eat

Unfortunately the bedroom was beside the main door therefore everytime someone entered or leave the premises we could hear it from the bedroom

This hotel is so centrally located but is still in a quiet neighborhood- the best of both worlds! The staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating, and the rooms we a little small but had everything we needed! We would highly recommend this spot for folks who want to see as much as possible while they are in London while also having quiet and restful nights. There are lovely restaurants bakeries and cafes nearby and the victoria coach station is right around the corner, many of our tours departed from there. For the underground and train service, the main victoria station is only a little bit further away. We stayed for a full week and could bot have been happier!

I would note that this hotel is walk-up style, but the staff graciously took all of our luggage up for us (and then back down again when we left for the airport) so this was no problem for us. If you have trouble with stairs, you may want to ask for a ground floor room.
