Corinthia London

Quality experience, high end but grounded, premium room and preparation. Slight glitch with breakfast but that did not sour our visit. Having stayed in most of the premium offerings in London I liked the Corinthian, it is up there with the best. Room, cleanliness, staff, room service, facilities and the cocktail bar all A1. Loved it.

I have no negatives tbh, as close to the perfect venue aswe have experienced to date anywhere in the world. We stayed at a premium location in New York last month and it did not come close to the Corinthian. The rate is premium but the service and attention to detail is superb.

We had an amazing stay for my partners birthday. The room was beautiful and almost perfect. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Whilst waiting to check in we had cocktails at the Northall Bar, they were amazing! The staff were so kind and friendly here they really made our stay. The spa was the best we have visited, we felt so relaxed after using the facilities there. In the evening we had dinner at Kerridges, the staff were again, brilliant and the atmosphere was great. The starter was beautiful.

Although our room was beautiful we were a little surprised to come across someone else’s sock next to the sink in the bathroom which looked like it had been there for quite some time due to it being covered in dust, this was in plain site and not hard to miss. We’ve never come across that at any hotel before. With the prices per night and with hotels supposedly being extra thorough with cleanliness due to covid it was a bit of a disappointment. If we were to return we would dine at a different restaurant. Kerridges food was not worth the price, we had dinner in other restaurants in London for similar prices over the weekend and they were a lot better.

The best rooms as far as size and amenities go in London. Absolutely superb service (particular thanks to Himali at the reception for her attentiveness and gigi at concierge for her assistance). The Spa is absolutely wonderful, I would have to say the best I have experienced in london, and even if you don't book treatments as a patron of the hotel you have access to the facilities, will be staying again.

Absolutely nothing - except maybe a footman at the rear entrance of the hotel to assist with luggage when you are dropped off at the wrong end.

We loved the personal service, quality of facilities and general friendliness of the the hotel staff. The spa is exceptional and the gym very well equipped for a variety of training needs. The bar and breakfast rooms make you want to spend the day there. We joined for a late night drink as the bar was closing. In this day in age especially it feels great to be accomadated for. It was wonderful to have been allowed such a generous late check out too so we could continue to enjoy this outstanding hotel.

Being extremely picky. £32 for a full English however lovely it was felt a bit silly!

faultless, but with that, comes a premium cost. what I do think could have been better given the costs associated, would be perhaps a drink on arrival, or the first drinks out of the room fridge complimentary and surcharge thereafter. also, on our first evening, there was a few ladies being entertained by a gent in the bar who was very familiar with staff, was going behind the bar etc so I can only assume is well known by the hotel. These women were very loud in the early hours when going to their room, again I assume next to us, and subsequently disturbed our sleep, I appreciate there isn’t much the hotel can do here as it’s down to the guests behaviour.

The hotel was very glamorous and welcoming; the Christmas decorations were lovely and the little touches (chocolates on every table) were very welcome. But what really makes it are the staff who, bar none, are simply amazing which makes all the difference to a mini break.

There is nowhere particularly comfortable to sit and wait for guests, taxi etc or to read a book quietly. Every area is either in a bar or tearoom with the need to pre-book or fight your way in.

Corinthia Hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return for my 60th Birthday!! Thanks again Kind regards Steven Griffiths

To be honest! The bathroom basin would hold the water in it whilst wet shaving. The rest was fantastic!!

Great location, the property is very beautiful. Especially the lobby and North Hall restaurant.

Unfortunately, our room was quite rundown. The carpet was fraying, the shower leaked into the toilet. It hadn’t been cleaned properly food marks on the table - we didn’t eat in the room so definitely wasn’t us!
