Outstanding Hotel Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I cannot express how much I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to everything I needed while still providing a peaceful retreat. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens and a luxurious blanket that made for a perfect night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room, including a fully stocked kitchenette with everything one could need. The highlight, however, was the shower - an experience in itself. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower was spotlessly clean, making for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. As someone who is typically quite critical of hotels, I must say that this one truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The hotel is in an amazing place in relation to everything, the staff were all beautiful, the room was fabulous and the beds were sooo comfortable

For the price it would be nice to have a breakfast and it’s missing a bar, although the happy hour with a choice of wine or Prosecco was good and we met some lovely people but when we go away as a family we like to sit in the hotel bar at night and chew the fat

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room decor was clean and tidy. I stayed with two friends in a room with three single beds, one was a pull out bed but a full single size. The beds were very comfortable with clean crisp linen. The air conditioning worked well, in a lot of hotels it’s difficult to adjust the temperature and if you get it right it can be noisy. The room had a small kitchenette area which had a filter tap for drinking water. The shower and toilet room had Molton Brown toiletries and was spotless. The room was very quiet. We had a complimentary glass of Prosecco in the lobby before leaving the hotel to see a show. I will definitely return to this hotel as we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location. Loved the shower room. Loved the happy hour drinks. Loved the staff. Loved the bed - supremely comfortable. Loved the peace and quiet.

The room was minimalist and cool from that point of view. But from clients of our generation - 70s plus - it would have been helpful to have straightforward air con controls, less complicated light switches, more space to store stuff, more seating and table space. The absence of breakfast didn't cause grief because there were so many alternatives close by, but occasionally it would have been pleasant not to have to go exploring for a morning's sustenance

Excellent location. New hotel, well equipped, and clean. The evening drinks is a very nice touch.

Everything about this hotel was above expectation...their attention to detail was fantastic...staff was so helpful and kind. Bonus happy hour with Wine and snacks! Right in the heart of excellent restaurants and shopping!

The ONLY thing that could be a little better was that because the weather was unseasonably warm, the air conditioning was not allowing the room to get as cool as we would have liked...not uncomfortable, and our room was on the "sun" side. Maybe start the A/C a little sooner on days like that, and close the drapes to help. But...this was a minor issue, and far offset by the number of unexpected comforts...towel warmer, GREAT hair dryer (long-haired ladies loved it!), nice nespresso machine, and triple paned windows--didnt hear any of the bustle. Neat as a pin...

The location was really great for me. As someone who doesn't mind walking a fair amount, I was able to get to places I wanted to visit on foot. There's plenty of public transport options nearby as well. The room was very clean. It was also large enough for me. The bed was comfortable. The heating and A/C worked okay. The shower was amazing. The staff were nice and friendly. They had free evening drinks. The note upon check-in was a nice touch.

You do end up paying a little bit of a premium because of the location but I thought the positives of the hotel far outweighed it.

Very warm & friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. I had let them know the trip was to celebrate my daughter completing her Masters & they put a lovely congratulations card & bottle of wine in the room for her which was such a kind gesture. The room was lovely, nice size bathroom with Molten brown toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer & very comfortable beds. Great location right near Charing Cross station & Covent Garden. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely and clean, airy room, great shower, use of Molton Brown in the bathroom, usual tea and coffee provided, ironing board, and safe. Great location for Covent Garden, theatre, Leicester Square etc. The staff are delightful, and they provide wine between 6 and 7 in a little seating area, which is a nice touch. I will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was dreadful. In fairness, the hotel doesn't provide a restaurant, so they have a company nearby, that provides breakfast for them. It was vile..I wouldn't order this again.
