Marble Arch Inn

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my email request about whether I could leave luggage with them and it was very helpful having a 24hour staffed desk. Yes, the room was small but it had all that we needed, including wifi, tea and coffee facilities, clean towels and a TV. We had a very good, undisturbed sleep. Good value for money

We booked a basic room so knew we would have to share bathroom facilities. However, the one downside was that the nearest toilet was four flights of stairs away. I guess there is little that can be done about this, but it wasn't ideal!

My two friends and I stayed at the Marble Arch Inn for a quick weekend away and to attend Winter Wonderland so the location and price of this property was ideal for us. The property is located within walking distance of Hyde Park which was a major plus for us but also the Marble Arch tube station, shops, pubs, restaurants and Sainsbury's. The room was cleaned while we were out, the staff was extremely helpful in allowing us to check in early as one of my friends arrived separately to us, and they also let us leave our luggage at the front desk at check out as we had a late flight. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and would stay again!

Excellent location, friendly, helpful reception, ideal facilities for us (stairs to the top floor, small room with en suite, comfortable bed, working TV and kettle, a fan to help with the summer heat, and an opening window). Very happy with a clean room simply but well equipped. And it was quiet. Local eateries very close, easy walking distance to shops and main roads. Perfect for a short stay to visit central London.

This place suited us very well, as slim, fit people who aren't fussed about gadgets, but it might not work for someone with accessibility issues or those wanting more than clean, simple accommodation.

amazing location, close to everything including beautiful scenery, shopping as well as supermarkets that stay open late. staff were super nice and friendly, provided clean towels when asked.

the rooms/bathrooms are quite small but mainly the issue was the doors were extremely heavy which made it difficult to travel with luggage’s or to get to one place to another if you have anything in your hand. the walls are a bit thin so you do tend to hear everything, even if you’re sleeping and someone uses the bathroom next door it will probably wake you up.

It is very convenient to shops, dining options, Marble Arch Tube Station, good bus connections and one London's finest Park area. Oxford Street is a short walk away also. ,

Due to my aged knees the stairs to our second floor room was difficult for myself, the very good reception/managers were very friendly and helpful and advised us to inform them next time we book that we prefer a ground floor if possible.. The location was very good, the provision of a lounge area for just snacking or coffee would make this a perfect place at a reasonable price for any visitor to London.

Location is amazing - second room immaculate - beds were comfortable Have learnt really need a stay with own bathroom - a lot better more space although in London you tend to just need to somewhere to sleep- staff amazing - couldn’t be more helpful-

Basic room I get is basic but wasn’t clean but the staff and manager quickly sorted this- couldn’t have been more helpful but the basic room has a bed and that’s it really no room for anything - looks tired in places the accommodation needs a bit of a paint job - would stay again though and it hasn’t put us off

Great location, 5 minute walk from underground railway and bus station. Walking distance to most main city center locations. Room is really clean and comfortable. Bathroom is new and nice. Overall great price considering all. Highly recommend.

Room was a bit small, but overall its okay. Unfortunately there is no lift, so we had to climb the stairs to the top floor, but its not a big deal.

We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the Inn! very clean, room was cosy and super comfortable. had a sink and a shower in it, shared bathroom, but it was also very clean and well stocked. The host was very friendly and offered us an upgrade if we wanted to. We declined as it was only one night stay but the option is there and it was nice to be offered. The room was heated and had everything from kettle for tea to travel size hygiene stuff. The only small detail is that the flooring is old and we could hear the guests upstairs walking around in their room, so maybe ask for a higher floor if you’re a light sleeper.

excellent location, 3 minutes walk to Oxford Street and right next to Marble Arch underground station. Overall very happy!

My niece and I really enjoyed our stay in this small hotel. Walking distance to major areas in the city and next to the park. Very clean. Small rooms but two good beds and a very clean bathroom. We stayed on the top floor so it was a few sets of stairs but for us it was not a problem. Definitely going back!

There is no A/C but they have a wall fan which I have to say did the work! Cool breeze instead of freezing A/C.

The location was very convenient only a 5 minute walk away from the Marble Arc metro station which easily connected us to all the sights we wanted to see. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very kind.

There was no elevator and the building was a bit old but the staff did a great job cleaning the rooms every day.
