Nice boutique style hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent cafe for real food inside the hotel. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet location and rooms. Close to underground station.

There is no privacy in the bathroom as it is part of the room and only separated by glass walls. You need to be VERY comfortable with your traveling partner or you will hate the arrangement. You can hear all bathroom activities while in the room. There are multiple "Z Hotels" in this block of buildings so taxi drivers have a heck of a time finding you to pick you up and it is very likely you will get dropped off at the wrong one so make double sure of the street number you are booked at. They are all owned by the same company and happy to help you find your correct location, but it is confusing.

good location, easy to check in and check out. Possibility to make coffee or tea in the room the room was clean, quite small but livable people has been kind and friendly

the bed was attached to a side wall, difficult to access I find absurd to have a bathroom made only of glass with a door that didn't even close properly. It does not allow any privacy and I find this unacceptable

It's all about location. 10 minutes walk from Oxford street, and 15 minutes from Edgware Road. Comfortable bed, and good sized room. Also the reception was kind enough to offer us early check in; at 1:30pm.

I read many comments about bathroom and privacy and only learned what's the issue when I was there! Also, I can't tell how good are the staff since I saw only the receptionist once, and there was not even a telephone no. to call them. Also the fact that there were no desks or table is very irritating, though we didn't have a laptop or something.

We got upgraded to the club hotel where everything was included, breakfast, minibar, etc

Our room was at street level and there was just a set of darkening curtains. It would have been nice to have an extra set of curtains to block the views from outside but letting the light pass.

We arrived via a complimentary hotel-arranged driver who picked us up at midnight at Heathrow. It was very convenient and especially appreciated after our long flight. The hotel is situated very conveniently only 10 minutes on foot from Baker Street Tube Station and about 15 minutes from Oxford Street. Buses, taxis and Uber are all available if you don't feel like walking. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was spotless. The rooms were wonderfully insulated from traffic noise, the bed very comfortable, and the amenities like kettle, coffee, soap etc all as expected. We didn't make use of the common area snack bar. I'd absolutely stay here again.

I can't think of any aspect of our stay with which I was disappointed. It was thoroughly enjoyable.

Pro:: A lot. Can't beat the location: central but not too busy, walking distance to food and transportation. The room was nice and a very good size by English standards for the price. AC worked great during the hottest day in London history. Staff was very helpful.

Con: wifi was okay but spotty.

Cleaning staff knocking on the door pre check out time to see if they could clean and then asking how long we were going to be. Reception should be telling them which rooms have checked out otherwise wait till check out time at least.

Good quality-price ratio👍🏻 Only downside was that there was two separate air conditioning controller in the room and took me so much time to try to set air conditioning but I was trying to control it wrong controller so it didnt work and end up freezing first night. Instructions for use would have been nice!

We were upgraded to the club, so free snacks, breakfast and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. That's quite a nice surprise and was a significant upgrade. Location is just a few minutes' walk from Baker Street tube, and not much further from Marble Arch, so no issues getting anywhere in London. Room was generally clean, comfortable and compact. Blinds were very effective for keeping light out. Staff were good, though always kept busy so whatever you wanted felt like an interruption.

Door soundproofing could be improved, you could always hear when someone in a neighbouring room was going in or out. Bed too close to the wall and TV to easily walk past. I couldn't expect to be upgraded every time, so no idea what I would have needed to pay for our stay.

Very nice property , pleasant outside sitting area . Big room with separate shower and toilet . Clean. Lovely reception staff . Nice small courtyard at the back .

Reception very close to front door so if a lot of arrivals left standing outside to wait for check in. Bedroom near reception was nice and big but the lighting worked on one switch no dimmer and was too bright to relax ,this has been noted by previous guests. Only one beside table but there was storage wardrobe near exit door . A bit of a walk to get to restaurants down the road especially if you are disabled . But great for that area of town and passing taxis.
