VERY NOISY RUDE STAFF VERY SLOW SERVICE maybe because its Christmas season but with the money i paid i should get better service EXCEPT 3 ladies the thin with blonde hair the asian with black long hair and one another lady these 3 were the best very helpful and welcoming the rest were very rude

We stayed here for the Pearl Jam concert in Hyde Park and you simply cannot beat the location. It is amazing. The quality of the room was exceptional -- air conditioning, comfortable bed, world class shower. We literally wanted to build our bathroom at home to mirror this one.

It's just so expensive. Perhaps understandable by the location and facility and not uncommon for London, but the price of the room was well beyond what is objectively justified. More should be complimentary in a hotel at this base price. The mini-bar wines were crazy, breakfast was > £30. I get it ... Nobu is a boutique place. But I would be more likely to come back if it felt more hospitable ... and getting rinsed at every turn gets in the way of that feeling.

The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming, the whatsapp help desk was convenient to use and responsive; room was clean and chill

The water pressure for the shower is extremely poor for some reason...price could be a little cheaper

beautiful hotel in the heart of london , amazing food at Nobu restaurant , very professional staff to look after the customers every need .

Size of the rooms , for the price they charge its a crime to have such tiny small rooms where you struggle to keep even 1 suitcase and few shopping bags without falling over them

Location of the hotel was great - close to Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and various bus services to take you cross town. The room was spotless - it's so nice to have a room that you can see is actually clean (especially the bathroom). The waterfall shower was amazing! The reception desk staff were also wonderful, especially Marta, she is a great asset to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was VERY slow to drain, and the plastic water guard at the bottom of the shower door was either old or not fitted correctly, so water from shower would flow out of the shower door. The room was very small for 2 people for the amount charged - obviously the name of hotel played a part in cost.

Location was excellent - very central. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Security was good. Public areas were efficient and accessible. Room was a good size and efficient. corridors etc. were bright & airy.

Breakfast organisation on 3 separate days was a shambles. Minimum 10 mins wait for a first cup of coffee or tea - supplied per single cup - not a pot - so another wait for 2nd cup. Staff often seemed to be focused on keyboards & screens rather than having a customer focus. Buffet not replenished properly. Cooked food presentation simply poor. Complained to breakfast receptionist who responded - " I don't make the coffee."

the ideal 5* treatment, loved every second of our stay. perfect location, amazing staff, excellent breakfast.
