refusing check-in without photographic ID the lack of a proper wardrobe. No practical space for hanging suits, dresses etc Construction work next door with builders regularly going up and down passed our window in lifts

The view for breakfast is memorable. Especially on a summer morning.

How long it took to check in at 23.45 due to some unknown issue with my Irish visa card.

People working at the reception was extremely professional and super friendly. Explained everything and gave an amazing service. Pool was clean as well as the changing area.

Everything was perfect apart from the mould in the shower. I also need to include the staff working at the bar. Very rude and not attentive, it seemed like they did not want to be there. We had to remind them twice to bring us a bill.

We paid for an amazing view, and that’s what we got. Incredible skyline in the evening, with the roof terrace bar just as impressive. We ordered room service, which did take a while but the food was fantastic.

The Wi-Fi, tv services were difficult to navigate and didn’t work very well. It’s unfortunate that Bokan restaurant was closed on the Sunday that we were there but the bar made up for it. Reservations were required for the best seats, we were given indoor reservation which was probably the worst seating in the bar given the amazing weather outside.

The room was so beautiful with a lovely view of the river Thames and the shard. The location was good, within walking distance from the DLR & Underground.

We waited a very long time to check-in. We also wanted some champagne glasses sent to the room but there was an additional 'service charge' for some empty glasses. My friend also cut herself shaving and the reception were unable to send a plaster to the room, they made me come down to collect it and them made me wait 10 mins until someone gave me a plaster!!

Easy to find. Close to transport such as Elizabeth Line Jubilee & LDR. Hotel & rooms were clean and beds & pillows were really comfortable. Shower was good powerful & hot. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & cooked breakfast was hot & tasty. Staff very friendly kind & helpful. Lovely surroundings and the views from the rooftop were wonderful with many London landmarks & attractions lit up. Prior to going to the Abba Arena we had food in the Bokun Bar. The Bokun burger with french fries was really tasty and a perfect meal before the show.

Not a very large wine menu of reasonable wines, ie up to £50 /£60 a bottle. But as this is London, perhaps prices will tend to be higher than my local area.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We arrived quite early in the day and were already given a room. The room itself was very clean, had a really nice view and was very comfortable. In case my company decides to send me to Canary Wharf again (and pay the stay), I'm happily going to return here. Bonus points for the nice rooftop bar on the 38th floor. It offers a great view of London! The location is a big plus as it's next to the Jubilee line and the DLR. Getting to the city is a matter of minutes.

I'd argue that it is generally a little overpriced but the night from Saturday to Sunday would have cost me double the price of the night before. I therefore opted for a cheaper alternative. In regards to sustainability, I'd appreciate it if the cleaning staff only replaced the towels that we actually put on the floor but left the ones we hung up as is.

very clean. Good check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Booked a room overlooking London - amazing views and great to see London lit up at night time - stunning. Options for drinks included different teas and hot chocolate and cans of water in the fridge- great for me as a non coffee/tea drinker.

Booked a superior room , not sure it could be classed as that for the money. It was a lovely room but would have liked a coffee maker instead of instant coffee (and only decaf as a choice !) No dressing gowns or slippers - maybe asking too much but stayed elsewhere previously, paid less but got more , guess it’s the area ? Breakfast itself was lovely plenty of choice but completely chaotic, full English was a little greasy.

Staff very friendly in reception. Allowed us to check in early. The small pool and sauna was a great addition and the hotel is in a great location for food and drinks in Canary wharf and for access to London stadium.

Breakfast was very busy with a number of events taking place the night before. Perhaps more staff or better use of the upper floor could support less waiting times at 9am. We were in a double room but the beds were 2 singles today which weren't ideal.

The view from my room (I selected a City View room) was incredible, and my stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed the overhead shower with a window to the city view that could also be made opaque at the press of a button.

The hotel is a short walk from the Canary Wharf underground stations. It's not far (5 to 10 minutes), but it is through shopping centers, over a pedestrian bridge, and across a couple of small streets. Also, the AC was not able to keep my room cool until I discovered the small fridge was producing a great deal of heat and switched it off.
