Marlin Canary Wharf

The 1 bedroom apartment was a really big and spacious. Private underground parking and also a huge bed. The only downside was that when we went into the room for the first time it was 28 degrees and there is no AC to make the room cooler. All they had for us was a fan for us. The balcony room also didn’t have a nice view, was just a view of the run down flats opposite the apartment unfortunately. The staff were amazing, an asian man who seemed like the manager was very welcoming and also let us check out 2 hours later free of charge. I will definitely be back here but hopefully they can invest to get AC as everything else was good.

The rooms were so hot and no AC, balcony room view was just a view of old ugly flats.

The apartment was fantastic clean and tidy and very clean, the apartment was very big and spacious expensive free toiletries in all bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen even coffee and milk as a lot of apartments you never get this, so 10/10 all round, great staff on reception especially Chloe front of house receptionist who went up and beyond to help us. A massive thanks to Chloe and all of the team will definitely be back soon.

Nothing all was very good if had to be very picky just the corridors could do with a bit of a lick of paint, and the reception could do with a television or some flowers or more pictures……..? But this is just my thoughts to spruce it up a bit.

Apartments are in a great location, close to tube, Tesco & Canary Wharf. The rooms were clean, although a little dated & the kitchen had everything needed. Small toiletries are provided & more were given after we requested extra.

We stayed during the heatwave & a fan was provided, but could have done with another as we had 2 bedrooms. Our internet was not available, but we didn't need as we had data. There was only 1 sofa so 2 of us had to sit on dining chairs. We found it ok, but more comfy seating is needed. Air conditioning would be a fantastic addition & hooks on the back of the bathroom doors would be useful.

Staff at Front Desk were super friendly!!! Hamza and Christian were both amazingly welcoming. The apt was a 2 bedroom and very sufficient. We had 3 adults and 1 child. We cooked in the kitchen after buying food ingredients from a nearby Tesco Express ( one block away). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare for ready meals and frozen pizzas and salads. Flat is comfortable for family with children, since we could easily prep food and watch tv on sofa.

There could be more toilet paper available for guests. One roll in each bathroom only.

Almost everything. Mention to the desk, allnice and helpful. The bathroom an towels were clean and good to use. Bedrooms are good size and comfy. Cupboards big enough. A desk could be great for longer business stays. The living-dining-kitchen is perfect. Very convenient and affordable for business stays, close to the Wharf docks. An unexpected quality apt.

The kitchen was about clean, but the stove wasn't at all, but it looks as an occasional mistake. Almost no hangers for four people's towels. Had to hang them inside room cupboards.

We had an upgrade so the property had two sofas and 2 bathrooms! Really useful with two girls of 10 and 13. The apartment was really spacious and the location was good. A short walk to Canary Wharf station and two supermarkets close by.

It was very hot. The freezer was also leaking in our apartment and a towel had been left on the floor to soak up the water. We had to leave it there for the duration of our stay. No big deal really though no one one mentioned it at check in.

Very convenient for getting into central London. And having parking which was an extra cost. Would book again

Still waiting return of parking cost which was charged for twice. Oven not working and no baking trays. External balcony doors did not lock. kitchen vey tired and needs replacing. Lots of things require replacing like dinning chairs where one was missing as it was broken the previous week.

very comfortable space for a 2 bedroom in London

the bed headboard was too heavy for the wall , so it ripped through the sheetrock whilst asleep. I would suggest replacing the headboards with something lighter in the event it happens to someone else , and to install ceiling fans in the apartment as it result of climate change and very hot summers. Insufficient ventilation for Hot summer days.

Location, comfort, location

The lack of an instruction book about operation of the oven. we had to ask staff two or three times about it, thinking there was a fault and it was only at the third time of asking that somebody explained how to use the oven. It seems like not all the staff are fully knowledgeable of these things.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of space in the kitchen and living room, large balcony with great views. The location was perfect, 1 min. tesco supermarket, 5 minutes to banks. Overall the apartment was perfect.

The only thing was that there was no water for several hours.
