A clean, comfortable room at a very convenient location. Bus stops to Greenwich North (tube) or Cutty Sark (DLR) right in front of the pub, and otherwise it's a nice 25 minute stroll to Cutty Sark. Bathroom is clean and recently redone, Nespresso and tea provide (and sweeties). The room, although situated above a pub will be quiet as the pub closes early (the beer garden especially) and it is not situated on the street side.

Although it was only in the lower 20 degrees Celsius, the room stayed very warm. The standing fan moved some air but didn't cool it that much. You'll be struggling in case of a 'proper summer'. The situation with staff / reception etc. is a bit unclear as you can check in yourself through the back-gate, and there isn't really a reception or a clear contact person. This could have been explained better.

Well decorated and exceptionally clean. Good quality toiletries. Accessing the accommodation was straightforward. Nice touches for room hospitality, fresh refrigerated milk, cooled water and sweeties! Best of all the friendliest,most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed by them all.

Difficult access to upper floor. Not enough bright lighting. Mirrors, if available in the rooms, are not set in the correct place, making it difficult to do hair, make up etc. No hand towels. More hanging facilities would help. Not enough information or photos provided prior to booking regarding size and access of rooms.

The room was very nicely furnished, had a comfortable bed, it was clean, well equipped. The shower room is clean, with toiletries and a lovely bath towel provided. Plant milk was provided on request. Although the property is on a busy street and the rooms are above the pub, it was not noisy, apart from the inevitable street noise of London. It takes about 30 minutes in a leisurely stroll to get to the O2 arena and about 10 minutes to Greenwich village. We ate in the pub: their pizzas are to die for and the choice of beverages was also very good.

The room we stayed in on the top floor is slightly on the small side, ideal for a one-night stay though as one is unlikely to spend much time in the room anyway. The Catering table could be at a higher level, maybe with a light above as it was difficult to see the coffee machine. The fan desperately needs a clean...

Absolutely loved our stay here. Best value for money. Very close to the, O2 and Greenwich cutty sark. Beautiful decorated rooms, with a lovely design and style. Most comfortable beds with fresh and crisp best quality linen. Very quiet even though at the main road. Had the best night sleep. Lovely touches, nespresso coffee machine, free milk and water in a fridge on the corridor.Great shower with all wash utensils provided. Thick carpets , joy to walk on. welcoming and professional staff and a fantastic pub with a great atmosphere and very reasonable prices especially for Greenwich. Very highly recommend. Will be back for sure

I booked because compared to the Travellodge Prem Inn type places it was almost half the price. I thought the pictures of the room looked a bit off, but took a punt, and glad I did. Ace location, lovely staff, immaculate huge room (think we're the first to stay there) that's much nicer than the images suggest, and a very comfy bed and linen.

Friday night is Vinyl DJ night and I really liked what was being played. You need to be aware of this when booking though. The staff asked us if it was OK and they would have turned it down had we not said it was fine for us. Doors are a little narrow and they spring back a bit keenly but I'm really knit picking.

Gorgeous room, very clean. Nice and quiet at night. Bed very comfortable. Fresh milk and cold water from the fridge in the hall way was a nice touch (and sweets too!) We ate in the pub below with a 10% discount. Lovely pizza and drinks Very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again - fantastic value for money and good location for Greenwich

Only minor things that didn’t really detract from stay. TV a bit fiddly (iPlayer). Could have done with a plastic bag in the bin for teabags (I had to improvise!). Some instructions for the coffee machine would be good as I couldn’t work out how to use it. Was very warm when we arrived but soon cooled down.

The room is beautifully decorated and the bathroom had lovely luxurious toiletries, and everything looked brand new. We stayed in room 4 on the 2nd floor, with a beautiful view of the church opposite. The pub is in a great location and only a few bus stops away from North Greenwich underground and the O2. There was everything you need to make tea & coffee, with fresh milk and water in the fridge on the 1st floor. We were greeted by a lovely lady in the pub who showed us the private back entrance to the rooms, and the individual key lockers if we wanted to leave them there while we were out. She also sent us a message with the codes if we needed them. The pub menu looked great but unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat or drink there, but there is a lovely beer garden too.

There was nothing we didn’t like, it’s perfect! The only thing I would mention is that the stairs to the 2nd floor are a steep spiral to the top, so people with mobility issues may have an issue.

We needed accommodation relatively close to the O2. It is a do-able walk from the 02 especially if you stop half way back for a nightcap! The check in was easy and the staff super friendly. We were in a real hurry to check in as we were running late for the event we were attending and the staff were very accommodating. If you needed to check in after hours they have a good system in place. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Possibly a desk come dressing table if I was being really picky but the en-suite was very spacious for doing your hair/make up.

Rooms were very well furnished and lovely touches. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location. Pub was also lovely and enjoyed a drink in garden. Will definitely stay again in we are ever at o2 again. Short walk to Greenwich Park and Cutty Sark which we visited before home.

Would have preferred instant coffe as the table coffee machine is on is quite low asnd not the easiest way to use. Also main door to rooms from outside didn't shut on its own even though it was a self closing door security may be at risk. Also a warning that rooms 5 and 6 are up steep stairs with tight corners make effect people with mo bilty issues. Also a cigarette bin may be useful outside main gate to rooms as my partner is a smoker and he not used lots of cigarettes butt's on floor outside which isn't nice.

Loved everything about it - from the location, the staff, the comfort provided… nothing seemed like it was too much! The room was spacious and full of little touches like a sweetie jar! The price was an absolute steal for it being a weekend, in London and being right near the o2 Arena - cannot fault this place at all!

The little issue of the fire alarm going off at 3am, BUT the manager that came to rectify it was so apologetic and very rapid in getting it fixed. It won’t stop me from coming back whenever I come back down to London!
