The room was in great shape and the decor was nicely done. The bathroom shower was good sized and clean. USB plugs were installed. I loved looking out our window and seeing the Cutty Sark a few hundred meters in the distance. Very convenient to shops, restaurants, and transportation (Docklands Light Rail).

There was no air conditioning, and the weather being hot on the 1st day made the room uncomfortable. Fortunately, a substantial cool front rolled in that evening. There's no lift/elevator, which could be an issue for some travelers. I felt a bit guilty watching the ladies haul our luggage up the stairs to the top floor.

The room was very comfortable, decorations and furnishings were of a high standard with an amazing bath/shower. The building is old and has a lot of character, we had a little fireplace in our room and could look right up through the chimney! Staff were friendly and helpful and they were happy to store our luggage for us after we checked out so we could go to a museum. The location was perfect, right by the Cutty Sark, museums and park. We went to a show at the O2 and it was so convenient for getting the boat there and the bus back. We will stay here again if we have another trip to Greenwich.

There was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation itself. We had the windows open and there was some road noise which was to be expected and when taking a shower we had to be careful not to be seen through the window by the guests in the room next-door - there was a blind so not a problem.

Our room was comfortable, clean, fairly spacious for an historic building and quiet. The manager is very friendly and arranged to deliver our luggage to our room when we arrived (room was in the attic on the third or fourth floor and there are no elevators in building). We had lunch in the pub and can highly recommend their fish and chips! There is a nice bakery around the corner to grab something quick for breakfast. The location is ideal for visiting Greenwich. We stayed one night which served our purposes.

Be aware that this is not really a hotel or Inn. It’s 7 rooms located over a pub. There are no staff onsite when the pub is closed (e.g., morning and at night). We arrived early in the morning from an international flight and, before leaving the US, thought we had arranged with the Inn through Booking.com’s app to drop off our bags so we could go touring until check in time in the afternoon. However, when we arrived around 9 AM, the place was locked up tight with no one around. Someone from the marketplace kindly called the manager who arrived about an a hour later. Our room was in the attic and there is a fan but no AC. Fortunately, it was cool enough that we didn’t need AC.

Location was fantastic. we stayed for a concert at the o2 Arena. No breakfast option but not a problem as really close to a lovely bakery, Greenwich market and loads of lovely restaurants/ cafes. Staff friendly. Nice bathroom, lovely shower.

Top floor room which was very noisy. Windows could have been double glazed or sound proofed as traffic was noticeably disturbing and neither of us would be light sleepers. The blind in the bedroom was not good we were woken up early with light coming through and the hall light also has light shining through under the door during the night with no option to turn it off so unfortunately we didn’t sleep well for the 3 nights we stayed. Another suggestion would have been a chair in the room but aware not essential and limited space but nowhere to enjoy hot drink when refreshments were provided.

We had Room 7, which was one of 4 Attic Rooms. The Room was amazing, spacious, clean and warm. The bathroom was stunning with a walk in shower all decorated in a classic style that always looks superb. The room was high above Greenwich Market so we were expecting it to be noisy first thing in the morning but it wasn't which was a bonus. All positives but I need to be honest and say the Only negatives/precautions I could see would be the bedroom window and the chimney if the weather was bad or cold. The chimney was open and wasn't capped so if it had rained heavily I couldn't see where the water would go except in the room. The windows were single paned wooden and warped and didn't close properly to seal shut and eventhough we had a lovely warm day and night you could feel the cold wind coming through. The radiators were all on and hot and made the room cosy but in winter I could imagine the room would be freezing. It didn't detract from a great room and fantastic location. I would definitely stay again. Oh one further thing I would change would be to remove or replace the mirrored bathroom cabinet over the sink to somewhere else. The sink was small but a perfect size for the room but with the cabinet there you couldn't brush your teeth properly without smacking your head every single time. Again not a major issue and it was quite funny hearing the shouts from time to time.

Loved the old fashioned 'feel' to the place. The room has kept all of the original features but everything was spotlessly clean and shower/bathroom were excellent and 'modern'. Great location and some view of river and Cutty Sark ship. Also, it was one of the very hot days/nights in London but the room was cool and a fan was provided.

Nothing about the room. The pub - which the room is above - shuts early (9pm) and food was only served until 4.30pm (stayed on a Tuesday night). However, there are lots of other options close by so it wasn't a problem.

The room was extremely clean, and cosy! It wasn't big but it was perfectly arranged to feel cosy but not cramped. The bathroom was huge with a powerful double shower, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. Even better, checkout was 11am! We were celebrating an anniversary and they left us a bottle of prosecco in the room which was so kind and added to the special nature of our trip. We also were seeing a concert at the O2 and it was a fine distance to get there and back, even with the tube strikes. I would come back here again, there was also a selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and kettle in the room. They don't do breakfast as the pub opens at 12 but there's loads of fantastic options right on the doorstep. It's also a great base for exploring Greenwich.

We loved the authentic period decor, but with modern luxury such as the beautiful bathroom and a fridge in the bedroom. The best part was the view of the Cutty Sark. Although the Admiral Hardy is in the heart of Greenwich the room was quiet and no noise from either the pub or the traffic could be heard. The floor had a bit of a tilt but that just showed the age of the building. We arrived before check in time but were able to leave our bags while we had a walk around Greenwich.

It didn’t bother us, but there were quite a lot of stairs so wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect location, SO convenient right next to the Cutty Sark DLR station and Greenwich Market, ideal for shows at the O2 or anything else, really! Only a few minutes on foot from Greenwich park, the Royal Ovservatory, Maritime Museum, etc. We had a great view of the Cutty Sark - FROM BED!! Can't beat that! The room was small but full of character and equipped with every modern comfort you may need (including USB charging ports next to every socket!), the bed was comfortable, the bathroom sleek, modern and spotless with a powerful, hot shower. We'd 100% stay here again in the future.

Central location in Greenwich. Lovely, quirky pub with rooms upstairs. Anna and her team really friendly and helpful. Rooms all individual. Beds really comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee, nice, fluffy towels and a great rain shower. Handy to have TV - although we didn't even switch on- too much else to do. Lovely and clean. Yes - there are stairs; but that's to be expected in this type of property and weren't an issue even though one of our party was on crutches. The pub is cozy and welcoming - had a drink before our concert. Food menu looked inviting; but we didn't get to sample this time. Already booked to stay again with my daughter next year.

Nothing - loved it. Already booked to stay again
