Spacious, very good location as its right next to the tube /DLR stations with easy access to shopping, etc. The apartment was actually bigger than I pictured - slightly dated decor, but everything was working well. No complaints, except that I wish there was a full length mirror in the room. Delighted that the Manager emailed us to touch base before we arrived.
Operations staff had a minor dose of arrogance in them which I've never experienced before at Marriott Hotels. There was also a hold made on my card which wad not something I'd experienced before in other Marriotts.

the suite was very lovely, and we had a great view
my business emails were hacked whilst staying at the hotel. it has caused great inconvenience to myself as emails were being sent impersonating myself to every single person i have ever emailed and a lot of recipients have also been hacked following these bogus emails. Please increase your wifi security to guests.

Location was great. Breakfast good, especially omelette chef was great. Rooms were big and comfy.
Gym and sauna were not operational. One room was on the corner where the noice from train track was audible and bothering throughout the night

Perfect location for both Canary Wharf and getting into central London. We do have to mention the reception staff, Miguel, who was uber polite and helpful without sounding fake. It was a pleasure to be met by someone like him and Marriot are lucky to have him. The apartment was excellent, the view was lovely, the service, the staff, the facilities were all perfect.
The ONLY oddity was the sofa in the living room NOT being a sofa bed.....just fount it odd. And as the sofa was a little torn at the front, a suggestion would be to replace with a sofa bed...

Firstly, check in was superb. Marina on reception was wonderful and a credit to your team. She made the whole stay a real pleasure for us. Thank you Marina. Room was lovely, great views from the 10th floor. Bar staff were great and flexible. All staff were great to be honest. A really pleasant stay.
The lift operation with room key card was a bit temperamental.
