Wedgewood Hotel

The stuff are very friendly and the location is good. The room was pleasant and the hotel inspires safety.The hotel and the room were exactly as shown in the site. I appreciate the hotel's accommodation in providing a twin room instead of the originally booked double room, as the only available options on Booking.com were double rooms. It's worth noting that I incurred no additional charges for this room change.

On our final night at the hotel, the room service provided only one shower towel for the two of us. Additionally, there was no coffee or sugar supplied on this last night, leaving me curious about the reason behind these omissions

My recent stay at Wedgewood hotel was a delightful experience, blending both affordability and quality in a way that far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for the duration of my visit. The room itself was not very big but it provided all the comforts of home without the hefty price tag often associated with such amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable, a must-have for both leisure and business travelers.

In conclusion,It's a perfect pick for travelers looking for a high-quality stay at a reasonable price, though it's advisable to be prepared for potential noise (footsteps) (doors closing) its a bit noisy.

The room was beautifully appointed with brocade covers & curtains. The whole room space felt very comfortable with comfortable beds and well placed power points. We especially loved the overhead lights above the beds, The staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. The bathroom was small & compact but it functioned well. The location was so amazing, with the windows opening onto a beautiful park garden. We could hear birdsongs from the park garden. Thank you Wedgewood for the beautiful comfortable room. We felt completely at home in the Wedgewood room. ,

The TV channels occasionally pixilated. Besides that, everything else was amazingly beautiful.

This hotel is really good value for money and it has the feel of a bigger hotel for the spacious and elegant reception area. For this location in London the price was exceptional. Staff professional and pleasant. Lovely view of gardens behind.

Nothing I "didn't like" as such. A slightly bigger desk space would have been great for my personal needs but that may be because I selected an economy room. Was still able to work a little. They had run out of milk pods though when I asked for more, which as someone who needs tea with milk first thing was slightly inconvenient, but it was a great stay

The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean, and it's in a great location. Our favourite room so far was the one downstairs that has a wee kitchen area. That was great. My partner and I have quite a sentimental attachment to this place as it was the first hotel we ever stayed at as a couple. It's always been good value for money.

I noticed that breakfast is no longer offered, and that there are no duvets on the beds, and the blankets provided can be rather rough and itchy on the skin. I doubt it's a million miles away from a blanket one might find at Shawshank. While this wasn't a major concern in warmer weather, the absence of double glazing on the windows and issues with heating during the winter made the room uncomfortably cold. Fortunately, when we stayed in January, there was an extra bed in our room, allowing us to stay warm by doubling up the blankets and sheets. However, we still found it necessary to lay our coats across the bed for extra insulation. Please remedy this.

People at the reception were very kind. There is a lift and a left luggage room, for free. Soft, white towels. The sheets were changed during our stay and the room was cleaned. Despite cold radiators it was very hot in the room, in November. WiFI was OK. Very quiet, peaceful area. Good shops nearby as well as two tube stations and numerous buses. Hyde Park and 3 museums within walking distance.

The bathroom is very small and using a shower requires some extra skills. Manageable, though. Sadly, TV didn't work.

We wanted somewhere to stay in London for one night that was reasonably priced. The hotel was good value for what we were looking for. Plenty of space and storage in the room. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean.. Bathroom facilities were adequate. Communal areas a little tired looking, and there were a few marks on the floor in our room, but the room was clean. Nice and quiet. Good location for underground (central line) and buses. We were able to store our bags before and after check in. Staff friendly and helpful.

For what we paid I have no complaints.

Hotel was big with a nice reception. Lift facility is available which is really good to carry luggage to top floors. Rooms were tidy and beds were clean. Nice view into the garden from the room window. Location is good close to Tube station and lot of dining restaurants around. Luggage storing facility is really appreciated.

TV wasn't working. ID was printed out during Check-in which I don't think is necessary for online bookings.

Staff was very kind and helpful at all times. Great location for visiting interesting places just a walk away from the hotel. Clean room with everything you need to rest and prepare for the next day. Will consider this hotel when coming back to London!

Single beds are on the narrow side and there's no option for breakfast at the hotel, which would be a nice to have.

Super location with low price - great combination! A very tiny but very cozy room - I don't know how they could place for all comfort in a tiny place like this! The bathroom in the wardrobe - brilliant idea :D

I know that it is the Europeans' problem that the electrical socket is not the same in England - but if all room has a transformer or possibility to charge via USB... it would be nice ;)
