Hyde Park Green

The room is new, equipped with kettle, hair dryer and basic toiletaries (excluding tooth brush and paste and slippers). The inroom smart TV supported with Netflix and Youtube. Good lighting and ventilation with air-con in the room given that the room has no windows. The staff were nice and 24-hr check-in service is provided as I arrived London at midnight.

The room is located in the basement and some noises from the underground is heard at night time but it's okay for me. I am not sure if every rooms in the basement are not equipped with windows. Also, it would be better if little fridge is provided in the room.

We booked here 2 days before our London trip after another hotel hiked their price up and then cancelled on us without telling us and we’re so glad we found this place because it was lovely! Beds are super comfy Location is amazing- less than 5 minutes walk to 2 different tube stations and very close walking distance to Hyde Park The shower is unreal Heating was really good and we were there in - weather Staff are friendly and helpful and the place was immaculate Smart TV was a good little addition for when you wanted to chill and watch Netflix after a busy day exploring Good value for money considering location

The rooms aren’t huge but even that isn’t really a negative, it’s hard to find anything wrong with this place.

Very comfortable bed and nice bed linen. The staff were very welcoming and it’s a great location in a street just off Hyde Park.

Loved the decor. We didn't want a "basic" hotel in terms of the decor, we wanted something that felt a bit fancier and that's exactly what we got. We also were able to leave our bags next to reception all day so we could come back and pick them up before we got the train home. Super friendly staff :)

The room was quite small, but for the price we couldn't really complain. Also, when next door showered, we could feel/smell the stuffy air through the aircon. Was quickly fixed by temporarily turning it off!

The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom at this hotel was the cleanest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were in a bedroom at the bottom of the property, and it was extremely quiet. The rooms are small but not an issue for us as we only used the room to sleep in. Very good location near Hyde Park.

Previous reviews say that the luggage storage is in the hallway. This is true, so a little misleading as they advertise it as secured. However, the reception is manned 24 hours a day.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a good shower (main reason why we chose this hotel as well as the great location!). Good lighting in the room, which is not often the case. The staff was very friendly. I would not rate this a four star hotel, rather a 3+, but I think it matched the description, so we were not disappointed.

Lack of elevator was a bit tough, and the stairs were narrow. The common areas were a bit worn and untidy and did not match the room. The hairdryer did not work and they did not fix it although they promised "to have someone check it" on the first day of our stay. The 3 person room was tiny but we were not surprised by the fact.

It is on a top location - there is an underground station right behind the corner of the building. Near Hyde park and 20min walk distance from Bond Street and Paddington station. Quite and clean neighborhood. The room was small, but cozy. The staff - friendly.

There was a misunderstanding with the breakfast - as per the offer such should have been included in the price, however it was completely missing. We were charged a "1-night" tax in case we did not arrive, after we have already checked-in and paid for the whole stay. 10 days after our stay, we are still waiting on the refund.

Great value for money, friendly staff and walking distance from Hude Park where we were visiting for BST Festival. Modern, stylish bathrooms.

No shower gel in container in the shower so had to use hand soap to wash following morning. Minor detail but would have thought this would have been checked by cleaners. Couldn't check into our room when we arrived at 1pm despite giving notice to the hotel of our arrival time. Had to leave bags behind the front desk and couldn't freshen up before going out for the day.

The check-in was very easy and given a warm reception on arrival. We had a GF room next to reception which was surprisingly quiet. The room itself was compact with little space to move around but that’s pretty standard for London. The beds were extremely comfortable & the shower was powerful. The location is great and very close to Paddington Station (15min walk) & Bayswater underground (2min walk). Can walk to Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park from Hotel. Shops & Restaurants one street over. I would stay again.
