Staff were excellent and so attentive to detail regarding the beers and food this is the second time i have stayed here, brought my young son this time around and i was a little worried it wasnt going to be for him as it was his first trip away from home and we went to a united game, but staff were great welcoming him and letting him engage around reception with them, they honestly couldnt of been any better, he loved the staff the room and the lighting in the room playing with some of his toys i picked him up in tje nearby arndale centre, and he especially enjoyed the food, which from my previous visit i already knew was good, hes already been asking me multiple times when are we going back!

Absolutely nothing, had an issue in the room with the tv not working which was resolved instantly witn the excellent staff!

The property itself was a perfect location. The rooms at first look are excellent, but my better half was cleaning the room as dust was quite apparent and a massive cob web was found too. The staff were not really forthcoming I’m not saying they were bad, but we were told to take a seat and somebody will be with us. Twenty minutes later we were looking at each other in confusion as still no one coming to us and it wasn’t even busy. Staff were busier talking amongst themselves. Not all staff were the same as on the roof top next day they were exemplary. Also, the night manager I believe was pretty cool too. Not impressed with other management who seem to have rucked up on two tables by the bar. It became a joke between me and the partner seeing the same egg carton on the table for 3 days running with computers being used by the staff. No staff areas? The food I really enjoyed like my partner, so no qualms with that at all. Been to Bath, Exeter, Birmingham, Paddington, Manchester and Plymouth BruDog and in that order are my faves with the first four all being close to equal with each other. Manchester you need to be seen to be enjoying yourself as at times when serving your customers it seemed like to much trouble. You could read some of your employees faces. It’s such a shame as a few of you were great. Hay ho not a bad experience but not the true BruDog experience.

Absolutely love this hotel so this was the second time we have stayed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Room is nice and spacious with a very comfy bed. The shower is amazing, the fill products smell divine.Really appreciated the free beer on arrival and curly wurlys in the room. There is also a water and sweet station by the lifts. The food is delicious we have had breakfast there before so highly recommend. This time we had dinner, the veggie burgers where delicious. Hassleback potatoes best we ever had. There was an amazing singer doing covers on Saturday night and we loved the roof top bar too. We have just booked to stay again in December with Friends and Family.

Everything was fab, rooms are a bit dark but always the same in hotels.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room is lovely with plenty of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Excellent mini bar and the location for Manchester is central. The shower is probably one of the best hotel showers I have come across. The fact there is the brewdog bar down stairs sealed the deal for me. Breakfast the next morning was lovely with a good choice. Finally the parking is subsidised be the hotel it is a NCP at Piccadilly just a few minutes walk away.

The low level lights was not great for my wife to get ready in and there is a lot of paraphernalia in the room taking up space

Honestly, from before we checked in, everything was spot on. We were there early, so we went in for a drink. There's so much choice, including gins and rums, not just ales. When we checked in, we received a warm welcome and was given our voucher for our evening meal as well as a complimentary welcome drink. We were in room 101 - PUNK IPA one of my husbands favourites (although he has lots). The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was second to none. The bed was super comfy, the beer fridge in the shower quirky, and the mini bar offered loads of choice. We had drunks and an evening meal, which was 5☆ and then my husband challenged the waiter to a game of rock, pack, scissors, and won, so I got free dessert! It is on the dessert menu to challenge your server, he didn't just decide to. I could literally go on all day about how fab our stay was. We will 100% be back!

Nothing. It was phenomenal

Perfect location, near everything and 7 min walk from the couch station. Great stylish room, comfortable bed, clean, with a lot of quality products in the room (teas, coffees, decaf, choco bar, drinks, guitar, TV, charger, bathrobe, hairdryer etc..), very cool toilet. I like the pub and the rooftop and the staff was nice and friendly, big and good breakfast dishes, welcome drink on arrival and free beer token when you don't change towels after 1 day. I enjoyed all the atmosphere of the place and all the little touches and writing around the hotel and pub. Also still or sparkling water refills available in the corridor.

Maybe the only things missing that I was expecting to find in the hotel were slippers and a hair shower hat but obviously this is only a little point

The atmosphere in the bar and the room itself! Staff were super friendly and the room was very accessible and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, huge portions of delicious food. And what's not to love about a beer shower Great selection of products in the room, including merchandise you could buy and take home! Even had a puck & mix station in the hallway!! Never tried Brewdog before as not a fan of IPA, but hubby loved Lost lager and I enjoyed Black Heart stout! So exceeded our expectations, even better as the 1st drink was on the house for the room booking! Will definitely be looking for your locations around the UK to see if we can stay again.

We couldn't figure out the AC to cool the room down. It wasn't hot but hotter than we prefer. Unfortunately there was only 1 robe in the room, and it wasn't really a size to fit someone 6ft3 and well built. Pillows were sliding around a bit too much, and the lighting took a bit of getting used too, especially when we hadn't realised some were motion sensitive 🤣

Amazing property in the middle of everything in Manchester. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The building was spotlessly clean and the food and drink was amazing. The extra bits brewdog provided for our jack Russell was exceptional and he really enjoyed his stay!! The rooms were great especially the record player and reading material. really liked the look of mini (not so mini bar) and the fridge in the shower was awesome..

The only thing was for breakfast my partner is vegan and even though the menu has a lot of plant based items, for breakfast something simple should be added like vegan porridge.

The staff could not help us enough, there were free sweets near the lifts and lots of other freebies included, we had high quality coffee and tea in our room and curly wurlys which was lovely. The room was clean and well designed, my partner enjoyed playing the guitar and looking at the books. The bed was very comfortable and we had an amazing nights sleep. We had dinner included in our stay and the food was great and served quickly. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would return.

The lack of privacy in the bathroom in our room was a little off putting but did not change my opinion of how great the room was.

Amazing food and of course beer. Staff were really friendly, professional and very accommodating. Shout out to James who really went out of he’s way to look after us on our evening of drinking and eating. Venue felt very well thought out and loved the little touches like personal note and free chocolate in our room on arrival. Loved the fun stuff like shower beer, record player and guitar in room.

Having the towels above the toilet wasn’t the best as had a few occasions were they nearly fell down the loo. Room could have had a bit more of a thorough clean along the ledges in shower and side tops, but that being super picky. Also shower room not very sound proofed when doing a number 2 as the wife can hear it all in detail. Lol.
