Excellent location, quiet place, a few minutes walk from the tram and train station (on the Manchester - Liverpool line). A small shop around the corner, a larger one at the tram stop. Although we lived in a basement apartment, it was bright and cozy. Colin, the manager, was very nice and helpful.

The usual inability of managers to count in small numbers: 5 beds, but 2 chairs, 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 1 spoon... you have to eat breakfast in shifts. The pipe system has problems - some missing seals, so water often splashes out of places where it shouldn't (shower head, kitchen tap). The hot water had to be released for several minutes and even then it was lukewarm at best.

staff was great he's very friendly (though took him a while to find me/ find my booking out/ check i was staying there). Very modern house, quite which i like especially if im working, large TV. large size room, nice sofa, nice bathroom, cute kitchen, good kitchen equipment for a short to mid stay length and comfy bed. Good lighting. Sainsbury shop nearby for grocery's and most importantly Parking.

So many stairs, masses of stairs :'( stairs everywhere lol, when booking i was asked (via the website) if i had a preference to upstairs or ground floor - i chose no stairs, ground floor - due to knee and the luggage i needed to take with me. I was put on the top floor So by the end of the stay i had swollen knee and bad back from the stairs. Cold!! the room was cold so had to get a hot water bottle to stay warm in it. There was a dog in a room some where that on one of the nights continued to bark and wine for a long time after 10pm that was a bit frustrating. Parking is tight!! i have a small car and i was sweating everytime i had to go to the back car park.

Good location in a quiet residential area. Arrival and checking in was straightforward and the apartment was clean and recently decorated. Good to fins somewhere which is pet friendly.

The apartment would be much better if a hob was included: we had brought food which we could heat up in the microwave as I had seen from the photos that there was no hob or oven. I'm not sure why frying pans and a set of knives are provided if the only means of cooking is a microwave? All other cooking facilities were good: cutlery, crockery, toast and kettle and the fridge is a decent size with a very efficient freezer compartment.

Nice airy room. Location was great for us. Shops and restaurants in walking distance, <10 mins walk to tram. Door codes to get in building and room were useful. Friendly manager was on site 24 hrs which was nice to know if there was a problem.

Bathroom sink quite small, had to use shampoo for hand soap (though there were plenty of little shampoo bottles) and shower took a very long time to heat up. As a studio apartment we were anticipating there being a hob (though this is not mentioned in the description) which would have made cooking easier.

The room was comfortable great location access to a variety of activities for children and adults to do together local Sainsbury was a walking distance my room was the right size for us I felt like I was still at home kitchen is modern a choice of using kitchen for cooking or your room with a microwave to heat food kettle for hot liquids I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again for December.

I did not like that customers didn't make sure the main entrance door was locked several times going out coming in the door wasn't closed in properly the door has a bit of a jam which could do with a fix so the door can smoothly close ìtself. I'm just suggesting not a dislike but advertising there's a garden when the garden is not up and running is misleading I think when the garden is finished then it should be put out there but we parked our car round there when the front was full.

Close to tram and other public transport links (10-12 mins walk). 2 mins walk from Sainsbury Local for all my essentials so I didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to eat out. I saved a fortune by self catering in self contained kitchen. Large fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle. Compact ensuite but OK for my short stay needs. Courteous on site staff and flexible check in times. Room was reasonably spacious.

Room I stayed in was located by main entrance/door. Other guests would let the door slam and it could get a bit noisy and wall would shake. Could do with a sign asking guests to close door quietly.

Well located, free parking is a bonus. Quiet rooms. Rooms had all the expected amenities.

Not a deal breaker, but maybe tea bags or coffee sachets would be a nice touch.

very convenient and warm and comfortable

we were opposite the communal room and there was a bit of noise from there and door slamming. this was late night and early morning ! just a few simple hints , there were no hangers in the wardrobe of appt 35 , which is a shame as the wardrobe is massive and no hooks anywhere to hang coats so clothes were unable to be hung up. these are minor things as we shall come back again. thankyou Jayne allinson

The owner was happy to see to all our needs, was on hand at all times and was very friendly. The room was a good size and the building itself was very clean and modern.

There were hairs left on one of the pillows when we arrived. The odd repair is needed in the shower room on the walls and I cleaned the shower hose because it was a bit dirty.

we travelled in a large group, 16 of us, 5 rooms but it was perfect for what we used it for, somewhere to stay closer to Chester Zoo. The apartment blocks have more rooms that I thought (probably a dozen or so) but each seemed clean, modern, comfortable. the room I slept in had clean towels, amenities, bed was good.

We did have to park in the street in front of the apartment as the parking was full at the apartment but there is approx 15 spaces so maybe that is normally enough.
