YOTEL Manchester Deansgate

The self check-in system was a joke! It's all well and good having a "high tech look how funky and efficient we are" touch screen expérience, but only if it actually works! It didn't, it crashed half way through my check-in, I disappeared from the system and had to join the line with all the other people trying to check in.....

This property is gorgeous, visually very pleasing. it’s clean and all areas are well kept. it’s modern and includes nice touches for a comfortable stay such as shampoo, hand lotions, phone charging points. staff were incredible, very helpful, nothing was too much and loved watching their efforts especially at breakfast when there wasn’t any empty dishes containing food. Breakfast was full of choice and all hot and fresh etc. location was ideal, close to restaurants bars train station and theatres.

My only gripe was that pipes fed through the rooms and this created quite a lot of sound when people showered and flushed toilets which sadly did disturb my sleep a little.

Everything was amazing. Staff were lovely and welcoming, hotel was very modern, our room was clean, they provided unlimited tea and coffee. The hotel was also a great location, really close to the arena and shops. Brilliant value for money, couldn’t ask for more.

Honestly i cannot fault anything about this hotel one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in we went on a short holiday with my family from london to Manchester and let me tell you when i say the staff is exceptional the service was 10/10 so helpful whatever you needed they were there 24 hours to help they made us feel at home they gave us recommendations for places around manchester they made sure we were comfortable and the bar staff was amazing too the drink were so delicious and inexpensive and if you stay at the hotel you get 15% off your drinks and they have happy hours too the designer of the whole hotel was so creative and artistic the rooms were so beautiful, aesthetically pleasing the hygiene level was beyond amazing everything was so clean and the beds were super comfortable we almost didn’t want to leave the hotel to go anywhere else there was netflix available on the tv so great for an early night in, even when we were checking out our train back to london wasn’t till very late and we didn’t know how we were going to carry our luggage’s around when speaking to Amy at reception she then said we can keep our luggage’s in a secured room till we are ready to get our train for free and made sure we had no issues at all we even came back and had more drinks at the bar which was super lively as it was a Friday night felt like a mini club with a live DJ too we honestly did not want to leave i will definitely be coming back to manchester just for this hotel experience again thank you so much Yotel Deansgate manchester for an exceptional and unforgettable time.

The check in lady (Sarah) was lovely and very helpful as was all the staff The breakfast was fantastic everything was fresh and yummy The location of the hotel was perfect The rooms were very well kept and clean

The whole reception area was covered in satanic signs and illustrations, on the manquenis there was hateful writing towards christians therefore we didnt feel comfortable , i think in time where freedom of speach is so big there shouldnt be any hate signs towards other groups / beliefs apart from that i have no bad things about the hotel the staff and the cleanliness were a very good standard ,but unfortunatley that incident upset my feelings as a christian i think every christian that chooses to stay here will feel the same.

loved the decor and the studio like rooms. 24/ hours access and contacting staff via WhatsApp bedroom was clean, no dust what soo ever

shower - when you walk out the shower a pool of water gathers and that is hard to move unless you have a mop. also wanted to use the towel dryer but that did not work at all and I didn’t find a switch for it

no lift to the floor. You have bring your baggage to this apartment.

Excellent location - slightly apprehensive on arrival as very much a party vibe in the public areas very trendy ! We are in our 50’s and on arrival the clientele seemed to be half our age ooer however the room was a lovely relaxing space and the air con welcome - slept like a log on both nights very peaceful for a city centre hotel immaculately clean and well staffed

At first I didn’t like that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room itself however a Sterling coffee machine on every floor with real milk in fridges and kept immaculately clean by guests and staff so not a negative at all

friendly staff and location

no complimentary water nor mini fridge. if you are traveling by vehicle remember no car park. you have to park at NCP which is about 10mim walk. such a hassle to walk with the luggage. They say you will have to login to ncp website and register and enter their save code to get a discount but that never happens and you end up paying the total parking fee which is about £30 per night. The NCP server is "always" down and the saver code given by the staff doesn't work at the machine at NCP. I paid the total and emailed ncp for refund. awaiting a reply.
