Location. Modern exclusive decor. Staff friendly at all times. Room space lovely. Fresh clean bathroom

No fresh towels daily. Would have expected min clean eg; new towel, bed made for c£200 a night

Great location and facilities ,staying for a concert at ao arena.Clean well equipped apartments. Would stay here again but skip breakfast.

We had to pre book a breakfast time, the night before when we arrived at the restaurant at the booked time there wasn't a table available we waited a few minutes and were shown to the table. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for our order to be taken then told us there was a half hour wait.We finally got our breakfast and drinks 45 minutes after our booked time making us late for our return journey home due to work commitments. Also the restaurant and bar wasn't open at all the evening we stayed which we weren't aware of at time of booking.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at CitySuites Aparthotel in Manchester and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived until my departure. The rooms at CitySuites are notably spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfort level that's genuinely remarkable. The convenience of being located in the city center cannot be overstated. With bustling coffee shops and a shopping mall a mere 4-minute walk away, exploring Manchester was both easy and enjoyable. But it's not just about the location. The facilities offered by CitySuites were a delightful surprise. The swimming pool and gym were in excellent condition and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The rooms was clean, and location was very good.

The receiption team don't have enough information on Manchester transportation systems, and they couldn't provide any help or directions on how to navigate through the city for sightseeing. I stayed for three nights and requested to clean the rooms after staying for two days, but the receiption team informed me that they will apply additional charge for cleaning which I didn't accept as it was very expensive (£45) per room × 3 rooms. There are not many varieties available in the breakfast. Very limited options for travellers from the Middle East.

Nice room set up, perks with having sky in the room and bedroom as well. All of the main amenities were available in the room (kettle, oven, microwave etc) & bed was decently comfy. Location wise you're close to main shopping centre and a lot of smaller great places to eat.

We went down to use the pool/hot tub and it was good but the hot tub definintely should be hotter. its on the verge of just warm rather than hot. Parking being £18 a night is somehting.. Paid for a one bed apartment but was on a lower floor, theres a "high floor charge" you can pay £10 for but id prefer to pay for a better room for a guaranteed higher floor for the visit. Some instructions in the room on how to use the microwave/oven would've been amazing.

Fantastic location, the rooms were lovely and lots of nice touches like the Toiletries, GHD hairdryer etc. The car park is also at a discounted rate of £18 for 24hrs and is right next to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. I couldn't get booked in advance on the website and had to wait to get a table. Location is fantastic, right opposite arndale centre. The appartment and building feels high end and luxurious. I would definitely revisit 🙂

Only two items 1) the shower is like lava and has no cooler setting! 2) the room deposit of £100 per person. I was worried as there was a couple of cupboard handles that were loose from a previous guest and reception was so busy I couldn't get in to report it. I did get the deposit back the same day I checked out. I did hear a lot of panicked guests re the deposit. So it's worth noting you will be charged and refunded if the room is left perfect.

The staff at reception who booked us in were exceptionally helpful particularly regarding help with our parking. The food in the restaurant was good. There was a wide choice & it was cooked to perfection. We ate our evening meal and breakfast the following morning. We were also really impressed how quiet it was in the room despite being busy.

The service in the restaurant was very slow. I asked four times ( three different people) for water for the table. We never got it. I mentioned it when we got our bill and the waitress pulled a face but didn’t offer an apology. A service charge of over £5 was added to our bill. We waited 45 minutes for breakfast after we ordered it. On scanning the room it looked like others were also waiting a long time- felt quite disorganised.

Waited to be seated 20 min for breakfast. Waited 15 min to be served. Waited 15 min for a coffee Waited 30 for food Food was warm to cold. Not a great experience for breakfast. Staff were polite but was rushed and looked unhappy

The bed mattress was hard, but that's me. Breakfast time was ridiculous, very very slow. If you have that many seating times, you should be organised for it. We could only get in before 8.30 or after 11am so we opted for 11. If you had a train to get like we did it was a rush because it took so long. There were people getting a take out breakfast because of that reason.

Nice, comfortable, clean room with everything you need. Great central location, and parking next door. One of the lifts was broken when I arrived, but this was fixed by the following morning.

The breakfast was a letdown. There was no self-service so the food brought by staff was too much / too little / not quite what I wanted (other people around me had the same issue). The cooked menu was limited and the staff said item swaps or bespoke orders weren’t possible. Also, you could also only have one item from the continental menu if you had a cooked order. It was all too limited and too many rules, particularly for first thing in a morning! This was a shame as it was completely out of step with my positive experience everywhere else.

The location was spot on. Parking facilities are excellent with allocated bays for hotel guests. Breakfast was tasty. Staff are very helpful. Rooms tidy and spacious.

The breakfast situation needs a little tinkering. The area is too small to accommodate both hotels during busy times and by having guests from the other hotel entering from a different side led to long cues on both sides the manager was tirelessly going from one side to the other each time to try and sit everyone down. Also, breakfast was made to order, which is a nice touch,but with so many people waiting, it took over an hour for our breakfast to arrive,possibly a help yourself breakfast would be easier considering guests from both hotels can dine there.
