Tŷ Milford Waterfront

Location, Easy Car Parking, Excellent Reception, Fantastic Room View over the Marina, Beds out of this World, So Comfortable, No noise from the Corridors as all carpeted, And the Bonus of all the Different Mixed Welsh Tea Bags.

Nothing to Mention, We didn't stop for breakfast as our friend owns Taste of haven Diner in Town so would be Rude not visit his establishment. Oh all right then, No Welsh Cakes with our Complementary Tea.

It was a lovely room with a nice view. The risotto from the restaurant was so delicious. But the highlight of my stay was 2 very wonderful members of staff…I came in as an emergency with a burnt eye halfway through a roadtrip 300 miles away from home, Millie (on reception) her instant kindness made my terrible day feel a bit brighter followed by Mandy (in the restaurant) she went out of her way to help me with my food and make accommodations for what I needed in that moment as well as going to find things to help me sooth my eye. Millie again just gave the kindest greeting this morning as I was checking out. I would come again purely for the staff, thank you for helping me.

The mugs and spoons in the room hadn’t been cleaned properly but that’s the only thing everything else was great!

Very lovely location. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit smaller than expected but the shower was large and easy to use. Nice view from the window

Parking is important and the parking was a bit odd and a little bit away. The gentleman on reception on my first arrival could have been a bit more proactive about where I was parked and how to find the parking as initially I was parked more or less outside but in an area where you can incur a parking fine apparently. it was actually me that told him where I was initially parked and was it ok there? The breakfast is a buffet which I prefer, but for £15 it isn't really worth it. I had it the first morning but skipped it for the following three due to the price. The restaurant was lovely as was the food and staff

Warm welcome, beautiful hotel - it's spotless and stylish, huge room with balcony which I wasn't expecting. Lovely views from the room and the bar/restaurant. Delicious food. Swift and seamless service at reception, bar and restaurant. Free car park right opposite the hotel. I arrived early but was able to check in straight away. The staff were excellent. Really impressed, and will definitely return.

Some bottled water in the room would have been nice. The sink was small, so a bit tricky to fill the kettle. Um... struggling to think of anything!!

The staff were so friendly and cheery, ringing reception for milk or tea bags etc was so simple and easy. Housekeeping also did a great job of making the place look really nice and tidy too :) Staff were always welcoming no matter where you bumped into them and no matter what time you came back to the hotel too (we returned after midnight a few times due to spending time with family at their homes) Nothing was too much for them :)

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no toilet brush so we couldn't clean the toilet bowl when needed. (3 of us in a room)

The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help us. They went out of their way to help us feel comfortable with our two small children. The hotel is brand new so very clean and made us feel very at home. The view is a real bonus. Milford Haven doesn’t seem to have a lot else going for it but, when sitting on our balcony overlooking the marina, you could imagine you were in a Mediterranean harbour (if you ignore the oil refinery in the distance!).

The immediate area doesn’t have a lot there. It’s clear that the hotel is the flagship of a burgeoning regeneration project of the marina area but, in reality, there is one bar/restaurant at the opposite end of the marina from the hotel and not a lot in between. Nothing about the hotel itself!

The location great, we had a balcony with great view the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The staff were welcoming ,helpful and very pleasant. We did not have breakfast but did dine in the evening and had a fabulous meal. It was our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a drink that looked special and tasted as good. Parking was free and easy unlike your hotel in Cardiff.

The bath was very high and could be a problem to people with even with minor mobility issues. Too be picky but when you enter the bar/foyer the tables were dirty and full of drink rings.

Looks like a new build, and its lovely and modern. Staff are really friendly and happily greet you when you arrive. Rooms are very compact, very similar to a cruise ship cabin. There's just enough space. We had the view over the river and from the 3rd floor it was a great view through the "floor to celing" windows, again very cruise-like. The bed and shower were superb!

Parking is over the road in a compound, which is ok when you know where it is. We ended up parking in a disabled bay just to run in and ask where the parking was.

Location Breakfast is nice, but I would have liked more choices with eggs, not just scrambled. Also, there is no tomato or choice other than orange juice. No bacon, it had run out. I asked the lady she was a bit rude and said, "I will have to wait she will see if more could be cooked." I did get some howevere 15 mins later. Very overpriced at £15 I was told it was included in room price,then told it was £10,then £15.

The fact that room was advertised at £63 then went up to £79 once first looked at. It was advertised as b&b, and then once booked, it was room only. It's hard to get to speaking to someone at a hotel. 3 different people before git to speak to staff. Overall, it was a hood stay apart from a few little things.

Really nice buffet breakfast, plenty for all tastes

The bathroom had a fan which didnt turn off and kept us awake. The staff were sympathetic but unable to help with this.
