Good value. Central location. Near beach. Reasonably clean. Good WIFI. Pretty quiet because pub next door is currently closed. Friendly and helpful check in. Kettle in room. Good, working shower.

No tea bags in room (only coffee). Carpet could do with a good clean (though rest of room is clean). Lack of toiletries. Stairs leading to room are a little bit undesirable. Very small shower door. Could be a problem for a larger person to fit in.

Booked to stay here overnight as had a long drive & was picking my daughter up from Uni nearby the next day. Was very impressed with the value of the room ! Checked in at the bar as it states, then one of the staff show you to your room. Lovely clean fresh single room. All amenities as needed. Fluffy towels, great WiFi & the seafront is literally outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Carpet was damp to walk on - had been cleaned ( but smelt great!) Very loud outside next morning ! Barrels being delivered & collected from the pub, and the seagulls! But these rooms are behind a pub on the sea front at Morecambe so can't complain 🤣

I needed a cheap room for one night prior to travelling to the Isle of Man, owing to a rail strike on my day of sailing. I didn't need any frills, just a clean, comfortable bed close to the station. This room was ideal for me, with an ensuite bathroom and incredible value for money. I had no problems with check in, I received a message on the day of the booking confirming details and checked in at the Royal and was shown to the door to the rooms, which is in the street to the rear of the pub. I had previously checked the details by text with the accommodation on the number provided - the Booking.com messages didn't seem to work but a text was replied to within minutes. I checked out in the morning by taking the key back to the pub. The room was clean and although very small suited me fine - it's what I expected for the money. I had no problems with noise and got a good night's sleep, although I did stay on Thursday night, not at a weekend. If I needed an overnight stay in Morecambe in future I'd definitely book here again.

The only nitpick I could possibly make is that the carpet was a bit stained but it was otherwise clean. Didn't bother me unduly.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room and even though I only stayed two nights, the room was cleaned and towels replaced after the first night. I saw two cleaners replenishing the towels etc in other rooms on my way out, and they were very keen to ensure I had everything I needed in my room and said to ask if I needed anything else.

There was a lot of noise from the street below in the early hours of the morning. This didn't disturb me in particular, but it may disturb others. The location of the rooms is very central for all the amenities, pubs etc , which is a positive, but obviously there was noise from people leaving these venues. It was not unexpected, and not a problem for me. The building where my room was located was very quiet once inside. Parking in Northumberland Street was handy and not too expensive, but because I had a lot of luggage I had to make 3 trips to and from the car park (my fault). There are some loading bays for short term parking nearer the front of the Morcambe Rooms, but they were all full. Their availability will obviously depend of arrival and leaving time for your stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff assisted in finding the location of key collection and actual door to the flat.

The street level appearance where the flat access door is located is squalid. Once through it though it definitely gets better 👍 Parking charges in Morecambe are daft and don’t allow for more than 24 hrs and then you can’t extend. Council don’t have a clue how to support local business and those on holiday. Didn’t find out about non-availability of extending parking permit until at Isle of Man. Thankfully wardens didn’t find my car and give it a penalty ticket …. Lucky me !

The room was small but big enough for just myself, the bed was a little uncomfortable, the mattress could do with changing as the springs were prominent, the tea and coffee was plentiful as I do drink quite a lot did fetch my own but found i didn’t need it, music from the bar next door was pretty loud but not enough to warrant a complaint. All in all my stay was enjoyable.

The mattress on the bed as (I used to make beds), the topping on the springs has worn away so the springs are felt when moving which makes it quite uncomfortable. Maybe the bed frame as the only way to get down the side of the bed was sideways, if a normal divan was there it would make it easier to get down the side.

The location was excellent, the bars, shops and beachfront were all within close proximity. The accommodation was spacious and had good facilities

The apartment could do with a freshen up, as a lot of the walls are marked. There is no lift access to the apartment and a few stairs to access the property which are slightly hazardous due to being loose. Alley way opposite apartment is noisy at night/early hours of morning and although we had fresh towels on arrival there were some used towels hanging on the back of doors.

Loved the location . Booked in via the Royal Hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Parking was close by and it's less than a minute walk to the seafront. Everything was spotless.

It must have recently been painted with gloss paint and the smell was overbearing at night as we couldn't sleep with the windows open due to the noise outside. Only one of the three TV's worked and there was only one mirror was was a pain when the four of us were trying to get ready.

Spacious accommodation at a reasonable price. Quite well equipped. Comfortable bed.

I didn’t like room service calling and entering the room every day. I would like a do not disturb sign. There was no can opener supplied, furniture a little dated. Quite noisy at weekend due to local live music pub.

Room was very well appointed and freshly decorated - TV Wifi toiletries coffee/tea all provided - pleanty of hanging space for clothes. Very large comfortable double bed Very close to the front and all amenities

No view - not that it mattered for a one night stay Not a lot of room around the bed but again fine for a short stay
