Excellent location, facilities were immaculately clean. The children loved the pool and were more in it than out! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit!

The bar was very quiet and the kitchen was closed in the evenings. This would've been fine in Newquay but Porth has just two places to eat, The Mermaid which was scruffy and full of drunken teenagers and a tapas bar that didn't accept children under the age of 18 so we had quite a few take-aways sent to the room. Which was fine but would've preferred to have eaten in the hotel restaurant.

The apartment was great, everything worked and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen though needs a little care and attention, the cupboards were falling apart. The location was great for the beach and the pool area was relaxing with room for everybody.

The WIFI was bad and that is a major problem especially when you are traveling with teenagers. I never had more than one bar on the wifi, that is a little like Greece ten years ago. This means planning trips and booking things online is a real hassle.

Spacious, comfortable villa. Warm on those damp and chilly April days, well ventilated, powerful showers. Towel rails warm enough to dry hiking clothes overnight. Decor a bit dated but furniture very comfortable. (Gently) heated swimming pool got plenty of use! We enjoyed a night cap in the hotel bar next door one night after having dinner at home ;-) Would stay again!

The drawers could do with being wiped inside with a disinfectant spray in between occupancies, it didn't look like they had been cleaned.

The pool with warm water was much appreciated by especially the kids. It was also a good size to play. The villa's are well equipped, the bathroom and bedroom are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside space for eating and evening drink.

the space downstairs was darker than expected, especially as there is no daylight coming through the back window.

No sign post to direct me where my apartment is. The allocated car park sign is tinny and no lighting in the parking area. I had to stop my car and use the torch on my mobile to locate my parking space. I arrived at 7 pm it was dark and wet. I was lucky enough to catch a member of staff who was just leaving the complex. He was very kind and took me to my apartment. If I didn't get his help I would be stuck in the complex probably knocking on other guest's door for help. The staircase was not lited. The apartment has not motion sensor light outside. I had to use the torch of my mobile to find my way and open the front door. In terms of safety issue, I think the complex should install more lighting equipment and big clear signs.

Beautifully clean apartment in beautiful resort. Spacious and comfortable with everything that is needed for family self catering contained in the kitchen. Nice touches were the dishwasher tablets, cloths and sponges in the kitchen which are usually missing in other places. I appreciate that because always forget to bring them. WiFi was good and kids felt at home.

No complaints really, the apartment was linked to reception by an internal phone that meant any issues could be dealt with easily.

Location was fantastic-so close to an amazing beach, lovely warm pool, relaxed atmosphere and really lovely staff. Great lounge and kitchen area. Whilst the restaurant was closed for dinner, the bar more than made up for it! The staff were fantastic and were so helpful and kind.

Double bed was quite small, wifi and tv did not always work and the drain in the shower was backed up/toilet seat was broken. Also need more places to hang towels. However-these were all small things and overall it was really great place to stay

Beautiful location. Apartment was immaculately clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Cannot wait to visit again. Minutes from a beautiful safe beach. Gardens immaculate. Great views. Apartment was comfortable, modern. Bed was really comfy. Shower was great. Staff very friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. It was great having your own parking space. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Arrived Saturday and there was a wedding taking place in the hotel. Music went on until midnight. Wedding guests sat outside our apartment drinking. I just think we maybe should have been informed of this when we booked. It wouldnt stop me going again. I love the place so much. But a little forewarning would have been good. We had a 7 hour drive and just wanted to relax. The rest of out stay was peaceful, and perfect.

Location was perfect, our apartment perfect, couldn't fault it. 5 star accommodation

The apartment could be cleaner. Bread crambs in the chairs, fridge was not clean, the floor was unclean. I had to clean the kitchen again, counters, fridge and the wipes got black from cleaning the floor. Also found small peace of broken dishes in the floor. Despite this, I would recommend and return.

The facilities in the kitchen were more than expected and the cleanest we have ever seen for a holiday accommodation. Overall the comfort, cleanliness and the space within the apartment were perfect. Porth Veor Villa and Apartments is situated in an ideal location. Excellent value for money- you will definitely not be disappointed. Customer satisfaction level - beyond Excellent!!
