The B and B is in an amazing location, right near to Lusty Glaze Beach and the town centre the coastal path walk is just on your door step, which is amazing, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk into Newquay and the parking facilities for the B and B was great, lots of room. My room was lovely, very clean, everything you could want and it also had a small fridge which was perfect.

Nothing about the property that I did not like, I think in terms of the room that I stayed in, it would have been nice in the evening to have been able to open the window, but I only stayed for two nights, so this was not an issue for myself as such.

The room was really nice and my little girl loved that there was a bowl of sweets. The decor and all the bedding was lovely. The breakfast was really good too and was lots of variety including scones with clotted cream and jam. The tables were all set out so nicely, with attention to detail with patterned napkins and colorful glasses. I picked to stay here as my daughter is called Jasmine and it exceeded out expectations. She loved the variety of shells in the hallway too. It was a very friendly B&B and felt like nothing was too much trouble.

I was deeply moved by the kindness & generosity of Cindy and Ashley who went above & beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and cosy. And even surprised me a little bespoke breakfast (scones!), when I mentioned I was going to have them in a cafe so skipping breakfast at theirs in the morning)...Cindy's touch moved me to tears 🤗 The house is quirky, colourful, full of character and very homely, the room big, clean and with a big, comfortable bed, a little table & plenty of room around, with an en suite bathroom and a great shower The house is situated 2 minutes away from the bus routes, the coastline and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city centre & train station. The 2 furry "landlords" living with them are also adorable & soooo friendly, they were the cherry on the cake!

There was not one thing I did not like.... I would go back in an instant.

a very welcoming clean property with lovely decor and a real homely feel. Right from the start we felt right at home, the hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Our family room was very clean and didn’t have the typical hotel feel, it had home comforts and personal touch. There was a fridge in the room which was a big help with the hot weather. This was stocked with milk at the start and then restocked again when our room was refreshed. We slept great! beds were comfy and no noise from other visitors of the B&B. Our room was on the back of the property and we had a lovely view of the garden with the chickens, which were funny to watch. The property benefited from parking which is free! Breakfast was amazing! spoilt for choice and no limits as to how much you can have. Food was cooked to perfection and always asked how you would like certain food cooking, type of bread etc. Plenty of choice and enough to suit everybody. close to town with a pretty ten minute walk

absolutely no faults!

Our stay in Jasmine House was superb. It is very close to city center and main attractions are in walkign distance. Our room was ready in advance and Cindy welcomed us so nicely. Room was clean, cozy and spacious with comfortable bed. Room has all modern and well-functioning facilities including wifi, tv, good hairdryer and kettle, so we really felt like home during our stay, thank you Cindy! :)

There's is nothing that was bad, we've liked everything!

Cindy and Ashley were fantastic hosts, very attentive and made me and clearly the other guests feel very welcome. Fantastic full English breakfast every morning, with cereals, toast, fruit, scones to pick from too. Fridge in the room was very handy. Short walk to lusty glaze beach, 10 mins walk from the town. Car parking was a bonus too!

Room slightly on small side but there was only myself, maybe snug with 2! Had the back room back of the house, had a shared toilet/shower but that was never an issue for me.

We liked the room it was a good size and furnished well, breakfast, and the tea/coffee facilities in the room which included a fridge with a jug of real milk in it, my children especially loved that there were hot chocolate sachets, the flowers in the front garden were beautiful

It was too hot in the room, not really the fault of the B&B as we were there in the middle of a heatwave, but would have given it 10/10 if it had a quiet place to sit outside away from the traffic on the main road outside. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

Once I arrived they left me a note explaining where the key was and also with a contact number if I had any problems. Was very easy to park on drive. It was nice a quiet. They had everything that I needed it the room.

I am only writing more good things here because honestly I can not fault it at all. There was a fridge with a bottle of water that was cold. Would be great if you where staying more than just an over night. The bed was a hard mattress, Personally I like it but I may not suit everyone.

Cindy and ashley made it feel like home from home, happy to help, and the fresh milk and chilled water in fridge was appreciated. The breakfast with amazing with fresh fruit salad & yoghurt to start with - of all the places I stayed on my walk down great britain I'm so glad I chose this place to have 2 nights and a rest!

Great location, parking available, its quite, very welcoming, very good breakfast and comfortable beds. Our dogs were comfortable in room with no anxiety from them. Felt safe and secure all round. Definitely be back, it's a lovely place.

Pillows a little flat for my liking, but sorted it out and slept lovely great bed and mattress.
