The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had a excellent new bathroom. The location was quiet but only 15 minute walk into town. We had bicycles and we were able to store them in the garage.
Breakfast was basic continental with no hot option or any cold meat or cheese. We were fine with this but the information available in advance should have mentioned it. While the bathroom was excellent, it was not en-suite. This impacts on one’s clothing requirements when moving between bedroom and bathroom. Again this was not specifically mentioned in the information.

This lovely immaculately clean B+B was very handy for us, as we were doing an event nearby. Driveway for our vehicle, soft towels, and a comfy bed. Breakfast room to ourselves, with lots of choice had we required it. Really recommend this. A very pleasing visit.

Excellent location. 15 minute walk into town and Burnby Hall Gardens. Parked on house drive. Ria was very welcoming. Adequate sized room with comfy bed and use of ajoining bathroom. Breakfast of cereals, toast and croissants. Everywhere spotlessly clean despite a dog and 3 cats! Would definitely recommend.

The house is very nice and neat, the room clean and comfortable. The owners of the house are also welcoming. The location is also very peaceful with no through traffic of note at the time of writing. Good value stay overall
Breakfast is fairly average but I believe it is described as continental, so this is to be expected.

2nd stay at this excellent b+b. Ultra clean, so accomodating to our time shedule, great shower with fluffy towels. overall another brilliant stay. Own park on the driveway great too.
Nothing, a great visit. Will be returning next year hopefully.
