One of the best. We’ve stayed in lots of different styles of hotels/bnbs and this was very good. Friendly checkin, easy access to come and go to the room, right by the river, next to the restaurant, opposite a park, couple of steps to the Main Street. Room was airy, opening windows, high standard, modern, hot shower, comfy bed, plenty of sockets, tv with Netflix, kettle for drinks, mirror light in bathroom.

Very minor issues, new door and carpet so had to push/pull it hard to close, some muffled noise from the restaurant but didn’t bother us too much, some construction next door but barely heard anything when we were there

Great location, very central. Easy to walk everywhere. The room itself is very comfortable. It's attached to the Terrace bar but the rooms are very quiet so must be soundproofed

Wasn't a big thing at all, and was solved quickly, but the check in process could be easier. There was a bit of confusion about the location - that it was attached to the bar. There was also confusion amongst the staff about check-in, after which it became clear we just needed codes to get in - which could easily have been sent in an email with some instructions about how to access the rooms (i.e., walk around the veranda of the terrace bar to the gate)

We stayed here for a night before going to Warwick castel the next day. The room was immaculate the beds and pillows were so comfy as I don't sleep well at night I had a brilliant night sleep. The rooms were very warm so we opened the window slight noise from the restaurant at the side but it didn't bother us! Nice to here people having a good time. Because of the location there was no parking but there was a 5 minute walk across the park to a multiple storey 24 hour car park and it only cost us £8 for the 24 hours so not a problem to us. Overall a lovely pleasant stay and spotlessroom.

Newly decorated very modern, very clean, comfy bed with lovley white bedding and towels, Netflix a bonus, in an excellent location in a beautiful building overlooking the river and quiet in the evening, very good value for money

Room a little smaller than expected, no shelf in the bathroom and no dressing table mirror for getting ready had to plug straighteners next to bed and stretch to see myself in bathroom mirror.. minor things really.

On arrival we were met by a lovely gentleman (I’m guessing the owner/manager who on checking my booking immediately upgraded us to a larger room. The room was fabulous and both my daughter and I had the best nights sleep for a very long time. I even emailed the team on return to find out what the name of mattress was !

The only thing for me was the room was on the top floor of a narrow flight of stairs and I have neuropathy which makes walking painful. It wouldn’t be suitable for anyone who is unable to climb stairs.

Brilliant location, friendly helpful staff. There isn't a separate reception for the hotel, which feels very much like an add-on to the very lively bar/restaurant, but there wasn't too much hanging around waiting to be helped. Our evening meal was delicious, and itr would have been great if breakfast had been available on site.

It's noisy at night - revellers still audible at 1.20 am. Closing the windows worked well, but it was very hot and the fan was as noisy as the partygoers although effective.

Perfect location, comfortable and clean room, big opening windows. Ella showed us to our room and was absolutely lovely, ensuring we were set up with working Wi-Fi before leaving us to our stay.

Only negative was the windows being open allowed fumes from what must be a smoking area below to rise up to our room. We shut the windows and used the fan in the room instead, although our preference woul be to keep the windows open

Lovely hotel. Only an overnight stay so didn’t eat on premises. No breakfast provided but found perfect eatery in the town. Clean. Comfortable. Easy access to come and go. Cleaning staff delightful.

Bin men noise at 5:30. ( it’s an hotel. People expect to sleep). They could have arrived later. Builders arriving and chatting not far from the window ( no view) at 7am No staff available in the morning for help with taxi.
