San Pietro Hotel & Restaurant

This place was a real surprise. Everything was great about this place. Rooms large, clean and comfy, very friendly welcome and the absolute highlight: the restaurant. We had a great dinner which we enjoyed very much. Large variety of different dishes and each and every course we had was absolutely good. The same experience we made with the cooked breakfast. Will come back for sure.

Not one negative experience

Our rooms was top notch. Every facility you could want was catered for in the room and bathroom facilities. We had 48 overnight stays on our trip: San Pietro was the best and most considerate for its guests. We received exquisite complimentary bite-sized dishes before each of the courses we ordered: a USP of this restaurant - showing exceptional care and consideration of its guests. The food was superb. We had the good fortunate to meet the owner again the morning. Our exchange again confirmed the high quality of the hotel and restaurant and the consideration of their guests and patrons.

The location of the facility is handy, but the room looked straight out on to the car park and there was a transit van backed up against our window. The food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. I asked for decaff coffee in the room, but I never received any

Should have had decaff coffee already in the room as a choice. I asked for some, but never received any.Outlook from the room not good

The staff were friendly and attentive in the morning when we had breakfast, the owner came and spoke to us, which was nice. The room itself was lovely and looked just like the images in booking. Com Wonderful bed. Overall a wonderful stay for me and my partner, whose birthday treat is was.

Everything was great. TV didn't work in the bathroom, but that was just disappointing, it didn't really impact our stay.

Location. Food. Service. Came back after a long work day and perfect shower pressure, excellent chef cooked room service. Luxurious robes. All my parcels were looked after and received all my behalf and delivered to my room ! But the food was the best part.

- Fantastic restaurant (food, design, staff). Italian dinner was great as well as morning breakfast. - Superb design of the room - bath and shower almost next to the bed - Fantastic idea! - Iron & Ironing Board in the wardrobe - much appreciated. - Free car park without permits/bookings etc.

- There's nothing you can do about the location - It's Scunthorpe with all Scunthorpe landscape - Steelwork etc. - VERY loud bathroom extraction fan! (you can't switch it off!!) - POOR Wi-fi SIGNAL !!! - Upload speed was so bad :( - No hotel staff at the counter in the morning - check out process was easy but no chance to get a printed invoice.

Hotel room was extremely well furbished and furnished with excellent en-suite facilities. Staff were excellent as was breakfast in adjoining restaurant (where I also had an outstanding dinner). Extremely comfortable night, parking on site.

Nothing that I didn't like. Be aware that the reception is not permanently staffed (easy access via card key).

The attention to detail was exceptional. From having real milk in the room for your coffee, to wonderful pillows, to the exceptionally thought-out use of space it was heard to think of a single negative. The food quality and execution were a very welcome surprise. We arrived after 10pm but the restaurant was still happy to supply a delicious steak to our room. Breakfast was a delight, I thoroughly recommend the homemade granola, if only they sold it! . A thoroughly great experience.

The only thing I could fault, and it's really a very small thing, is there was nowhere to charge a phone/iPad without a 3pin plug adaptor.

The Hotel staff were brilliant from arrival. Nothing was a problem.. The room was fantastic large Clean The bathroom was super ..Tea tray in the room with bottled water biscuits etc .prefect. We didn't go for lunch as very tired however we did book breakfast it was lovely most enjoyable. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. We will definitely be back a big WOW from us .

No a thing not to like ..

The hotel was perfect, spotless, staff were lovely too, very friendly & happy The restaurant was very delicious, the staff were very attentive, they worked really hard & couldn't do enough for you. Food was out of this world

There was nothing 2 dislike, just wished I had booked for 2 nights instead of 1.
