Breakfast very good, and the location suited me as it was a short walk/cycle to town .Dressing gown provided for walking back and forth to the bathroom.Hospitality was excellent and very professional. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
Sound proofing could have been better, as I could hear phone conversations from the owners wife working from home. Shower unit could do with up dating.
