This little gem was one of the best b&b's I've ever stayed in. The reviews were good when I was looking to book last year so I thought I would give it a try, and I'm really glad I did. Liz was the perfect host and nothing was a problem. The bedroom was immaculate as well as the bathroom. And to top it off the breakfast was out of this world, well presented and very tasty. I would definitely book again if I was in the area. I can guarantee nobody would be disappointed if they book a stay there. Well done Liz for a perfect establishment.

Couldn't fault a thing with our 2 day stay.

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. It is totally spotless with very close attention to detail to ensure everything is perfect. Liz is an incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. My father and I were so well cared for. Off road parking is plentiful. WiFi is fast and reliable. The gardens are gorgeous. This is a genuine home from home (with added care and comfort).

The room was lovely and clean. Liz, our host was lovely and explained everything.

Due to the extreme heat and running out of my own water, I opened a bottle of water left for us but it was warm. It was a very nice gesture but a mini fridge especially in the hot weather would have been amazing to have had a nice cold bottle of water to drink when returning from our days out.

Everything was exceptional. Beautiful bnb that definitely feels like home. Liz is the very best host because she is focused on you being comfortable and happy. The hotel is exceptional. The location was perfect for me, close to the motorway, easy to get into the city centre and into the villages for family get together. Spotless.

A GREAT FIND. Liz was very accommodating to any request,very friendly, approachable and a great host. The Full English breakfast and coffee was fantastic. The room was cleaned with biscuits and coffee replenished + milk on my arrival back everyday from the training centre. She really tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It was immaculately clean, quiet, comfortable and smelt beautiful when I walked into the room. The shower was really easy to use with great water pressure. The host was lovely. It was conveniently located close to my business activities. Also plenty of room to park my car without parking fees.

Slightly wider mirror would be great and possibly an ironing board in the room. By the time I realised I needed to iron my shirt I was running a little bit late. I’m sure the host would have provided one if I had asked earlier. I will definitely be back to stay here. A really pleasant stay!

I usually don't leave a review on here but I felt I had to on this occasion, as this place is exceptional. I only stayed the one night but wish I could've stayed a couple more. I felt right at home, the rooms are spotless and have everything you need, spacious, decor is nice and modern and feels cosy, shower is great, the mattress is comfortable and bedding is nice and soft, the street is quiet, the breakfast provided is tasty, the dining area is a lovely place to sit. Basically, if you stay anywhere else then you're missing out. Liz, the owner, lovely woman, nice to talk to, knows the area well in regards to places to visit, restaurants, walks etc. You're in good hands when you stay here.

Everything just couldn't have better, Liz is the perfect host, she just couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you so very much for making us feel so welcome, thank you too to hubby Paul who does an amazing job. X

Breakfast was fabulous…..better than any five star hotel we have stayed at! Our room, en-suite and bed was immaculate as was the whole house. Liz was super welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We would love to return when next in the area. Much, much better than any of the hotels in the area

Absolutely nothing. Everything was first class

From arrival to departure, Liz could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. The whole B&B is imaculately clean, modern and welcoming. Room was amazingly spacious, lovely en suite with a powerful shower. The cooked breakfast is highly reccomended. We will definately stay here again if we are ever nearby.
