Holiday Inn Express Stafford, an IHG Hotel

We have stayed at this venue 4 times, every timeo it's been great from staff to food

Having mentioned every time I stay at this location and every time I mention how slippery the bathroom floor becomes when wet. To the point that we have to lay a tower down. I am disabled and mobility is an issue, so on a slippery bathroom floor, it's important it's very non-slip. Also the handle on the support rail was very rusty. Why have you covered up the sockets making it difficult to charge phones. In our room the only two sivkets were the TV and fan, the rest was wired direct to mains, like the kettle and iron

It was brilliant I could just stay there forever location was lovely near the motor way but that didn't bother me in the slightest Mcdonalds opposite across a bit from the hotel is a beautiful pub meals are lovely the hotel serves a good breakfast which is so yummy good pick of stuff could do with some pancakes though but so much to eat you wouldn't mind anyway can't wait to go again Staffordshire holiday inn express is wow staff polite dining room huge so spaced and fresh can't wait to go again if I could afford it I be living there permanently 😊😊xx

Only two things no tomatoes for breakfast and pancakes only two things and could do with two chairs in the room instead of one

The staff were approachable and very understanding, if ever a problem they worked efficiently to fix it The rooms were very clean and comfortable, due to the location it wasn't very loud at night which made it easy to rest well and to relax The bathrooms were easy to use and accessible, the showers had plenty of room to move around in making it very easy to use

The showers had very little water pressure which meant longer showers The rooms were cold and there was a draft coming through the window although I had shut it, but there was a radiator that warmed up the room quite effectively

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel room was very clean and spacious with a nice garden view. I really like the concept of keeping lemon water and normal throughout the day in the lobby area. Breakfast was good as usual with a wide range of options. Really happy with overall service and stay at this hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city area. So, if you don't have your own car then you may end up paying a lot of Uber/Taxi services.

Amenities available very good (microwave & ice machine for guests, late night bar, room facilities very good) I like the fact dove products available and toiletry essentials available on request free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, customer service amazing. Breakfast was good but most amazing but still great value for money. Plenty of parking available

Overall whole property is very dated and tired- could definitely do with a refurb or freshen up but still very clean

Bedroom was very clean and comfortable - fan in the room was a bonus as 30 degrees on arrival! Breakfast was very good - choice of cereals was excellent. The coffee was very good. Water on offer on entering the hotel wa very thoughtfull and the ice machine was handy for carry along water on the next phase of our journey.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was exceptional. The location was fabulous just off the motorway - easy access and easy exit. Stayed here both southbound and northbound.

The size of the room & swimming pool facilities

We weren't told there was a booking system for the pool & restaurant The highly coloured lollipops in clear view that were given without asking the accompanying adults. The lollipops are a terrible idea. We couldn't put any of the standard lamps on without all the lights coming on. Not conducive for sleep with a baby & young children. Management came up with another lamp but we had the same problem but no solution.

Booked late night after a pipe burst and we needed somewhere to stay with the dogs. Being a pet friendly hotel I wasn't sure how it would be but it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. We didn't have much interaction with the staff bar check in as it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. In the morning we got up early, ate quickly and left but they were pleasant and helpful when we did speak to them.

hi there i give credit as it is ,one of the best hotels iv been to, regarding breakfast ,it was out standing ,it was all there , by that i mean i didnt have to go look for some one to say hey theres no bacon or no beans, the staff were on the ball ,that is one of my pet hates ,having to chase breakfast ,i was at 2 hotels last month and it was shocking ,we ended up going to morrisons for breakfast ,and that was the dragon fly hotel ipswich ,the hotel was lovely and the staff were good but only 2 people on breakfast sat and sunday when it was jumping ,and one was jumping from breakfast to recieption ,there was nothing ready both days ,but on the monday a full staff , when there was only 7 gests ,so yes this is the best hotel so far ,keep up the good work thanks ,A BROOKS AND FAMILY

if i had to pick some thing , but really shouldnt pick ,as it was the hotest weekend on record it would the heat in the rooms ,it was so hot and humid , no one could sleep at night but the hotel staff helped with putting fans in our rooms

Close proximity to motorway but far enough to be quiet. Reception, Restuarant and cleaning Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected. Bed very comfortable and plenty of towels.

Lot the lightest of places with all lights on. Carpet was, let's say "tired" but I fully understand that the family rooms especially those used for pet occupancy will be those that have a harder life!. The room was never-the-less very comfortable and very clean.
