Large airy room, was clean and did not ‘smell’ of dogs despite it being a dog friendly establishment which is marvellous. Patrick was friendly and helpful. Extremely handy to have a large fridge & breakfast items were left in the fridge for us. Quiet location & close to fabulous dog walks. Juliette balcony added a nice touch to the room & the decor is great.

There is no parking at the property & parking in Mumbles is not easy. So transferring luggage was rather a pain but was able to pack the car outside property after permission given to use private driveway. Once settled in accommodation, easily forget parking nightmare.

Perfect place to stay, very spacious, amazing attention to detail, nicely furnished, great, MASSIVE king size bed, much appreciated. Breakfast was an excellent selection of products as described by the owner.

Where the fridge/kettle were located, plates, cups & utensils were provided. However, to wash them up we had to take them into the bathroom and there was nothing to dry them with. Either paper towels or a kitchen towel could have been provided. Beautiful place, should have mentioned the short, steep hill approaching the property in the description and also that there was no parking provided. Most pay/display car parks were £17 per day though we found one near the Coop store that was only £6 per day.

Great location in the heart of Mumbles and easy to get out and about to the surrounding area. Restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking reach. Huge room with dedicated sitting area. Continental breakfast. Handy fridge in the room. Pet friendly with doggy treats, bowls and towels available to use. Very clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to others.

No parking on site, but on street and public car park very nearby. Steep drive up to the property and then steep staircase inside to get to all rooms which would not suit everybody- ok for us but if you struggle with walking it may be an issue.

The Room was lovely, very spacious with fab design. We stayed in room 1b it was nice having a fridge in the room with fresh milk,juices and light breakfast provided. Lovely touches like the Dressing gowns which were welcomed 😀. The sea veiw rooms are a bit too pricey, but lovely if on offer or for a special occasion. Would definaletly recomend and love to stay again soon. Easy to check in and out to.

We coudnt turn the heating on and it went quite cold in the night but we were OK. Thats the only reason I didn't give this review 10 stars, otherwise everything was perfect

Location was great, close to parking, the beach, bars, restaurants and amenities. You can see the sea from the room we had. There were lovely touches like the breakfast selection, the mini fridge, towels for muddy dog paws at the door and a good selection of books to read. Very comfortable bed. Good full length mirror. Easy check in using lockbox facility.

The shower was quite difficult to control and changed temperature randomly. The main door of the hotel seems to have an issue with closing properly, so several times, we would notice it has been left open by other guests. Bit of a security risk. Otherwise, everything was great!

It was nice to have something there for breakfast but not the same as hot one. The milk and juice was lovely, the yogurts and one of the weetabix were out of date .not sure what to use the butter and jam with, perhaps a toaster so you could make some toast to go with it.Had a lovely stay though, fab bed very comfortable and a lovely room.

Did find the hill and then the steps a bit much for me but I’m 63 with a heart problem, would have been great if we could have parked close. Lovely place to stay though one you were in. We used to stay in the one on the main road and miss that , such a shame it’s going to be flats.

Great location in Mumbles just up and off the main road. Staff were friendly and provided safe bike storage for us, as well as an upgraded room to ocean view, which was really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we were fine with in room breakfast, as this worked well for our cycle touring schedule. Mumbles is pleasant and popular place to explore and stroll.

People should understand that it’s not directly on water and view is over buildings below.

Great location, the view was jaw dropping, looking right across the Swansea Bay from Mumbles to Swansea ! Room was clean, the host accommodated us by including a couple of extra beds. Huge bathroom, great breakfast too. Located a stones throw from great restaurants in Mumbles.

Parking is a slight issue, to be fair, we did have two vehicles, one being a large van. Having to drive or reverse up a very steep, tight drive way. The neigbours are very precious about their parking space, even when they are not looking to leave their property. Bring some 'dreamies' and tickle their bellies, everything will be fine ;)

The accommodation was great- large bedroom with a view of the Bay, huge bathroom very well equipped and well laid out. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. There was an excellent choice of eating establishments and pubs close by but since the room was set back from the street, we were not bothered by noise.

We had to close the french windows a few times as there were fumes from the (Turkish?) takeaway below. Breakfast snacks were provided but only enough for one night. We stayed for two. There was an emergency light in the bedroom with a night light which kept us awake. There was also one in the lobby which should be adequate for emergency use I would have thought.

Fantastic quirky designed room with lovely view. Lots of nice touches. The little breakfast bites in the room ideal for those that don't want a big breakfast. Good concept, emphasis completely on quality of room. Great location.

The only downside is parking. We got very lucky and got on- street parking directly opposite but could be a nightmare as Mumbles can be very busy and the prices of the pay and display car parks have escalated significantly recently. .
