The Parr’s Bank Hotel

Could not hear any outside noise at all, even though the hotel is very central. The staff are very friendly, informative and attentive. We chose to have breakfast in our room. It was delivered exactly at our chosen time, beautifully presented, and certainly much more than we expected to receive. It was very satisfying.

We do not utilise Smart phones so were not able to gain access to watch the tv, other than youtube. There were no drawers so had to keep non-hanging items in the case. The toilet roll stand kept getting knocked over, we were worried about cracking floor tiles.

Lovely welcoming and we were showed to our rooms. The rooms were lovely and very clean, the shower was brilliant. Everything seemed of great quality and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. I hope they keep the little touches like tissues and sparkling water as they continue to get more and more busy as this made the stay seem more of a home from home than a hotel. We travel to Warrington semi-regularly for work trips and we will be checking the Parr's Bank availability as our first choice from now on.

Clean, new, comfortable and fresh design. Sheets all new as only just opened.

No idea how to open drawers due to modular design it took some time to figure out and find hairdryer etc. As it had only been opened 1 day. Would have been better for someone to explain when being shown gge room. Tge TV had to be manned via mobile and WiFi wasn't great so couldn't use TV gor longcwhivhcwas frustrating.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Surprises around every corner - especially the beautiful venue hall! What an amazing breakfast, granola on another level. Great recommendations for eating out. Even the biscuits in the room were delicious 😊

Our room was lovely, just a little tight getting around the end of the bed.

Stayed one night for business purposes and the staff were very friendly, room was very clean although as expected as a new hotel I suppose but bed was comfortable, shower superb, location great, continental breakfast brought to room was very nice also, so all in all highly recommended.

No iron in the room, or safe.

First of all, amazing staff from the staff checking you in, to the staff you see around the hotel! Make you feel extremely welcomed and happy to help where they can. Very modern and the rooms comfy, spacious and clean. Nice little touches in the room. Would 100% stay again.

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything! The whole hotel is designed with extreme attention down to the smallest detail and the suite where me and my family slept had everything we needed , it is very spacious too. The staff is very kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was perfect. 10/10!

Once again, another brilliant stay at this amazing new hotel. Right the way through check-in to check out, everything was just amazing. Staff are friendly rooms are really comfortable and modern. Location is spot on.
