Village Hotel Warrington

Great location. Very nice bar area. Friendly staff. Nice sized, clean rooms. Comfy bed.

Room too hot. Air conditioning didn’t work well enough so we didn’t sleep.

The swimming facilities are amazing in my opinion! All included if you get a CLUB room. Sauna steam room and jacuzzi with the swimming pool witch is amazing. Clean and smells not bad. Modern and fresh. Always love the comfort of the beds at this hotel! I love the colour theme of this hotel. The flavour and quality of the breakfast is nice!

No Much variety at the breakfast as I first thought but the way it was cooked was exceptional. The prices at the pub and grill are rediculous. There used to be deals on everyday but there is no more of that. Didn't eat there for dinner. Could do with adding a couple of extra things into the club rooms to make them feel a bit more like u have paid for your money and the TV needs sorting. It's really dim and quite. But other then that I love it here. Always return

Enjoyed our stay, hotel very clean and presented very nice. Food was very good. Drinks a little pricey. Breakfast was lovely with lots on offer.

Room service in the morning. A telephone in the room to contact someone if needed. Air con working properly although we were provided with two fans which made it pleasant. I would say this hotel is aimed more for adults as not much for children and if there’s a function on there’s a lot of noisy guests, which is to be expected but not very child friendly when you hear arguments outside with the windows being open. That said, it was quickly over with and there were security men outside the hotel until the function had finished. It hasn’t put me off returning.

myself and my husband stayed here whilst attending an event at Parr Hall. perfect location to the town centre! Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, iron and board in the room is a bonus! what sets this hotel apart is the most helpful and lovely staff who can’t do more for you! Dee on reception was extremely accommodating! The young lad in the diner was extremely sweet and helpful! Having amazing staff makes a huge difference to any stay! we stayed in a hotel recently 3 times the price! A beautiful hotel but ruined by rude staff! They could learn something from this hotel! we never had food in the restaurant but breakfast was great!

Staff were lovely We booked 3 rooms at the hotel for the night before my nieces wedding. They allowed us to take the dress earlier than check in. They didn’t rush us out of the rooms. I had a phone call before we arrived from a staff member who asked us how could our stay be made more special. I asked for all 3 rooms to be together which they were and the also put a love heart balloon on the room and a lovely message. Thank you for making the night before the wedding a nice relaxing one.

Loved the room. Two large single beds. Liked that we were on the first floor. Very quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Needs to have a mirror, bright light and plug socket for hair dryer and fire applying make up all in the same place. Would have liked to use the pool but I think £5 is quite expensive for an hour. I think it should be 1 hour free per day of stay to resident's. Also Nearly didn't get a parking space before checking in as car park full with football watches in the bar and users of the gym

Alison who looked after us at breakfast (absolutely gorgeous breakfast). The room was really good and exceptionally clean. Thanks to the cleaners. Large screen TV. Great swimming pool in the gym

The rooms were lovely and clean, with little extras such as a decent hair dryer, a Dyson fan, an iron and ironing board. The rooms are a decent size so you don't feel crammed. The facilities were excellent. Starbucks for a decent brew, the swimming pool and changing facilities were clean.

I would recommend some decaffe coffee for in the rooms. Also the breakfast area could do with being kept clean, we struggled to find a table that was set up for us to have breakfast.

The location is in a quiet area & walking distance into the cafes & bars in Warrington. The staff we met were very helpful & friendly. We ate one evening in the restaurant, the food was good & the servers were brilliant.

The corridors are just a bit airless & stuffy & our room was decorated in a very dark style. Our stay was a bit pricey & the online booking system was not easy to use.

The food was excellent. My room was clean and had plenty of space. The huge Samsung smart TV allowed me to link my phone to screen share for Netflix etc. The gym and pool facilities were both brilliant. The bar area is great, it is covered with large screen TV's so can see the sport or news from anywhere. Huge selection of beers.

I really can't fault anything. I didn't relise I had to register my vehicle for parking as I wasn't told on check in but this was sorted as I checked out.
