Staff where really friendly arrived late and quick check in and a pint cant complain really nice people.

Bedroom wasnt the cleanest i.e. toilet roll holder had greasy finger prints on it which sets a bit of a president but i was that tired after a late check in just slept. Prepaid for breakfast and the continental selection was poor so never eat anything.

It was a great place for us to visit our friends in the locality. The hospitaity and decor is really nice. We had 5 nights, and overall the stay was very good. The hotel food was a lot better than we had expected. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, I did like the crossaints, they'e the best hotel ones, since I stayed at the Le Meridian in Heliopolis, 35 years ago! Although on Saturday they only had the vegan version, that I'm afraid were not as nice. We would stay here again.

In our bathroom there was only 1 towel hook on the back of the door, there were three holes where another one should have been. A proper towel rail next the sink is necessary PLEASE? We used hangers, hung off the sink supports. And another for the floor towel, hung of the shower taps. They unfortunately never really dried out properly for the next time we wanted to use them. Our towels were changed half way through, so at least we had dry towels again. For one nighters it wouldn't be an issue.

What a perfect stop, very highly recommend! We got a wonderful breakfast to suit our dietary requirements and the showers were amazing and beds comfy. The location was perfect and right by the main road so we could just drive into the car park without having to look for somewhere hidden. The only reason I am not giving the highest score is the paid parking. I think for such an obvious stopover for people travelling by car, the parking should be included in the price. But everything else was a top score!

Extremely friendly staff. The bar/reception area looked amazing, surrounded by lovely chairs and cushions. The free pool table was great for a game. They played ambient soothing music in the bar/ restaurant area. We had a meal there in the restaurant which very good. The room itself was very modern and extremely clean. Black out curtains were good to have, along with a nice tv. Complementary coffee and water etc were nice to see. The shower and the zenology body wash was amazing. Plenty of safe parking in a great quiet location. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It was amazing value for money. Thank you Pentahotel.

Great location for us near to visit our daughter. We also love that it’s dog friendly with a lovely walk around the huge business and park complex.

Air con wasn’t working so the room was very hot. However when I spoke to reception about it the next morning he was very apologetic and gave an explanation with also offering me complementary breakfast coffee which I felt was a nice gesture. I feel the price has risen quite a lot as well since our last stay.

Generally smart clean and functional. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Good access to road networks. The business park location was quiet. The hotel atmosphere was mainly quite quiet. Breakfast was good.

I'd already read that car parking was charged. The open plan lounge bar restaurant was geared as a recreation area with table football and pool in use all evening. The standard room had an open rail for clothes but no wardrobe

The mattress was the comfiest I've ever slept on! It made me not want to leave it each morning! There was a large TV (around 42") directly opposite the bed on the wall which was ideal. The shower was nice & easy to use. The room was clean.

The hair dryer didn't work, a member staff said they'd look for another but didn't return so I presume they didn't have a spare. There was no wardrobe, I prefer to hang my clothes up & not live out of a suitcase normally. The TV remote barely worked, one night it took me 2hrs of pressing "ok" to get the guide up. Not sure if its an issue with the TV or remote.

The property was modern, beautifully designed. We stayed due to attending a wedding nearby, so we unfortunately didn’t manage to have a drink there, however the breakfast was absolutely lovely, a big variety of different food & juices. All staff were kind & helpful. I defiantly recommend this hotel, I couldn’t fault anything wrong with regards to the rooms, food, staff, atmosphere… everything was spot on.

This isn’t anything to do with the property or staff, however myself & my partner felt a bit out of place during our breakfast due to us being a younger couple & others being older we felt like we were getting a cold shoulder from other hotel guests.

Overall, very good. If it was in a nice place as opposed to a business park by the motorway, it would be a very nice hotel (but obviously I knew what I was getting with the location - a stop off from a long drive, so not a negative) The food was excellent.

£5 for car parking was a bit cheeky (especially given the location) Drinks were expensive. TV didn’t work (to be fair, I didn’t complain about this, so they might have easily fixed it)

The hotel lovely and quiet despite lots of other guests and a 24hr bar, with a free pool table. The bar also has some lovely big comfy sofas. We arrived on a Friday evening for a wedding the next day so it was a perfect area to relax in after a long drive. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The shower was lovely, really hot water and the room was super clean.

There isn’t anything that stands out to us that we would change.
