This property is very well located and serves as a ‘base’ from which you can go exploring in the area, whether that be to go playing golf, visiting the local RAF station and watch the planes or even a trip into Lincoln or Skegness, I have to say that the room we had was clean, tidy and very well looked after, Bob and Donna, the hosts, were excellent and the breakfast was far more than expected, it even gets delivered to your room, nothing it too much of a problem for them and I/we would have no hesitation in recommending this place for people to stay.

The room was a large en-suite with a great shower room. There was a big bed and a small kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave plus all utensils and crockery/mugs etc. There was milk and orange juice in the fridge as well as coffee/tea available. As a bonus there was an air con/heating unit in the main room. Breakfast was served in the room. Perfect on a day when it was 30 degrees outside. The owners were very good at communicating before and during the stay. They organised an early check in so we could freshen up after a long drive and get changed for the wedding we were attending. They went above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location. Our room was a converted garage next to the property which had recently been converted to a very high standard and basically new. The room included en-suite, it had a small kitchen area with sink,fridge and microwave which was very convenient. Tea and coffee were supplied plus fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge, excellent. Bob and Donna could nut be more welcoming. Breakfast great and beds super comfy. Room had air conditioning.

Not much. There was a gravel drive which most properties have in the area, which if like us and travel on motorbikes could be a little tricky but that’s it.

I loved the fact it was a B&B but with a difference. Just 2 rooms attached to the owners accommodation both rooms were studios not just with tea and coffee facilities but with a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchen sink and table and chairs. This means if you want to you have the ability to be semi self catering. The room was well furnished and clean. Breakfast was brought to the room and was a full English breakfast and really nicely cooked . I felt nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

I would have liked a bit more flexibility on the time for breakfast. ( currently between 8 & 8.30 )I am not a morning person for eating food and struggled to eat what was a lovely meal.

Brand new accommodation. Big bonus was having Air Conditioning, very welcome in July! Hosts Bob and Donna could not have been more friendly or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and even dried our golf gear in their tumble dryer after a very wet day on the golf course. Lent us an umbrella, allowed us an early check in to suit our golf tee time, had no problem changing our breakfast requests and times. Generally went out of their way to offer the very best service.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Our whole experience was amazing. From the initial booking through to leaving at the end of our stay nothing was left out Communication beforehand from the hosts was excellent. The information given to us helped us to find the property and our room easily Parking right outside was an added bonus. The room and facilities were far beyond expectation and the breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend

A king size bed but that is being really picky as the double was perfectly fine

My Daughter and I wanted to stay local after our evening visit to Woodhall and we were not disappointed. The location was superb - just a short walk to the central area. We were provided with all the information we needed for access well before our visit and any queries answered swiftly. The room was superb- bright, clean and airy with a lovely kitchenette with all facilities for self catering with the added advantage of having breakfast delivered to our door (which was delicious). It was lovely to have a proper table to sit at and eat. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the area very quiet. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and we had a fabulous stay and would certainly stay again when we are next in the area.

Nothing at all

Fantastic place stones throw from the centre immaculate throughout. Great service from start to end, breakfast was amazing freshly cooked and hand delivered! Room had everything I needed with plenty of tea,coffee and sugar. Fresh milk and juice in fridge none of these milk pots that you never have enough of. Condiments and sauce all ready to use, I stayed for business purposes but such a gem of a place I felt like I was on my holiday! Thanks so much .

Nothing I didn't like

This is probably the loveliest accommodation that we have ever stayed in. The room is, in my opinion, larger than the photos on the website suggest. The hosts, Bob & Donna, are extremely welcoming and made our stay so very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. This place is better than any hotel. Scrupulously clean and fresh and with an extremely well equipped kitchenette which was a massive bonus, complete with fridge and microwave. The cooked breakfast which they make for guests and bring to your room is superb. They are also flexible with the time that you would like this. Any additional items that you may like to eat are no problem and there's no extra charge for these. We would recommend this accommodation 110% and would love to visit again and spend some more time there on the next occasion

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

Easy check in (key box). Spacious room with a little kitchen area (kettle, crockery, fridge-freezer, milk and condiments), chairs and table, and a large comfortable bed. Enough space to walk around and also ample storage for clothes etc. Strong WiFi. Shower room was brilliant - good water pressure with toiletries too. Had a very restful night. Breakfast was plentiful. Hosts were very nice. Overall, a really, unexpectedly, good stay. Would have no hesitation staying again. Ps. there is a car parking space for those that need it, and it's a short walk to the centre of Woodhall Spa.
